Your cart is empty.Aeroquip Socketless hose is designed to be used with Aeroquip Socketless hose fittings for quick and easy assembly that can save you time. They are extremely easy to work with. Connecting them is a snap since not even a wrench is needed. Simply slip the hose onto the fittings. It's that simple. The AQP elastomer inner tube is covered with textile braid reinforcement, and covered with a black AQP elastomer cover. Socketless hose is useful for a variety of applications, such as gasoline, fuel and lubricating oils, air, and water, with pressures up to 250 PSI. Temperature range is -40 to +300 degrees Fahrenheit, up to +250F for air, and +180F for water. Please note: Eaton Aeroquip fitting tolerances are engineered to match Eaton Aeroquip hose tolerances. The use of Aeroquip fittings on hose supplied by other manufacturers and/or the use of Eaton Aeroquip hose with fittings supplied by other manufacturers may result in the production of unreliable and unsafe hose assemblies and is neither recommended or authorized by Eaton.

Using this for Transmission cooler line. Temp rating says 250 degrees but mine are run close to the exhaust (with heat shielding) and they have held up with no issue since I installed it. Bought this to reroute it differently and ease my mind about running close to the exhaust.The fittings are hard to get on but, its by design. If you press the fitting against something hard (the ground or a wall) while you push the hose on, it makes it easier. Only thing that would make this better would be if you could splice the hose (barb end to barb end) so that you don't have to run a whole new section of line in the event you damage the hose or like me, want to reroute it.

top quality product...just be aware that it is VERY difficult to push hose onto fittings, even with the tool. Fittings other than straight are IMPOSSIBLE to get on. I would not use it again as "socketless"; regular fittings and/or hose clamps.

High quality and can always count on that with this brand. Use this for the whole fuel system on a car . Never ever have trpuble and can always tell the quality is never compromised.

Great quality hose I love the texture and the fittings that are engineered to work together. I know some people have a difficult time putting the hose ends on so what I did was put the fittings in the freezer for about an hour or so before installation and also suggest using hose assembly lube to help the process. Doing it this way, the hose ends slid right on without much fuss.
