This unit provides the extra protection from overspray or rupture of the can while discharging into the drum. The previous upright style would fail because of the gasket not seating correctly. Now this unit allows the user to place the aerosol can into a unit and closed the door, entrapping any spray or gases, given off while discharging the can.
