My son is really into football & this has helped him practice at home. Coach said agilities are the best thing to practice at home so this set has helped. I do with the ladder would stay in place more in between uses but overall it's worked great & feels like it will hold up well. The carry bag & exercise sheet is very helpful too

This product set has a variety of fitness and agility tools that one can use in a variety of ways. I got the set in part to use myself anf partly to use to set up obedience distances for training dogs.I really like that it come in a convenient anc breathable carrying bag. The hurdles are sturdy and fold together to consolidate space. I appreciate that the set came with a couple pages of ideas for how to use the pieces in the set, such as the agility ladder and cones. The elastic bands are particularly useful and I like that it carne with a jump rope. My only criticism is that the quality of the cones is very low - they are flimsy and don't stay put due to their very light weight.Overall, is set is a pretty good value for all of its components and it is very easy to use. If you want to work on your agility and create courses to vary and mix up your routine - this set is quite ideal. It offers many functions for a variety of types of exercise. This set would also make a great gift, especially for an athletic youngster or teenager. : )

Ok, this is a pretty nice sturdy set to work on agility and speed. It has everything you need and comes in a carrying bag. All of the equipment is of pretty good quality and feels like it will last for a good while. Overall this is definitely a nice set.

My daughter's run track and want to workout on their own time so I ordered this set for them and it's perfect. The set comes with good quality jump rope with comfortable handles, 3 stretch bands, massage ball, high-quality/durable metal adjustable hurdles, cones, a ladder all in a carrying bag for easy transport. Great value for great quality. Recommend for athletes.

This agility set is a complete assortment of agility training equipment that is of good quality and looks like the picture in the advertisement.The enclosed training sheet is complete and easy to understand. Everything fits easily into the storage bag. We were surprised about the hurdles. They are high quality and are easy to setup and disassemble. All good with this set.

Agility Speed Training Equipment Kit for $69.99This kit comes in a completely unmarked cardboard box. All of the equipment is nicely together in the decent quality zippered carrying bag.I got this for kids and for myself to help with training and it did come with a single sheet of paper with different ways to use the agility ladder and cone patterns but it would have been nice to have more of an instruction manual on how to properly use each of the items included in the kit and/or a training plan that incorporates all them into a workout together.The speed hurdles easily flip open to set up and work well.All the items in the kit are of decent quality and should last a while. The skipping rope is soft to hold on to but is definitely for an adult since its long.The massage ball is nice on the feet and is made of a hard plastic.The resistance bands are good.The cones are of a thin plastic and are very light weight but are of similar quality to other cones I've used.The parachute is lightweight and of a thin material but is durable enough.The agility ladder must be put together , so takes a bit of time to get it all set initially but after its together once it's ready to go each time and its easily adjustable too.My son has used the various items in the set for a few days now and likes putting different sequences together and has fun, while also improving his athletic ability.Overall, it's a pretty decent set that can help improve your speed and agility but I do also find it's a bit on the pricey side.
