Everything else is okay except that The resistance parachute is very flimsy and does not fly from the ground, which is not providing the resistance. The cone is a little bit light that is easy to move.

The materials used in this set are incredibly cheap. The cones are so light that they get blown away by the wind, and the agility ladder constantly moves around while you’re using it. It’s impossible to train with equipment that can’t even stay in place. It’s clear that this was made with the cheapest materials they could find. Not at all worth the price.

I bought this for my 5 year old and the quality of the material is very poor. The hurdles don’t stand up, I would not reccomend spending money on this

My son will be taking his physical qualification tests in a few months to join a police force, and, while he pushes a lot of weights, he needs more speed and agility to really do well on the obstacle courses and agility stuff.We set up and played with some of the gear, although my busted knees kept me from trying most of it. The build quality looks pretty good, with lots of different exercises and drills. He strapped on the resistance parachute and ran some wind sprints up and down the road in front of our house, much to the amusement of the neighbours. It worked well, and gave him a real workout.If you’re trying to bump up your skills, trying to help your kids or their team improve, this might be a good set for you, it has pretty much everything you’d need. *RECOMMENDED*

This is just what I needed to train for badminton. This set of training equipment is exactly what is needed to strengthen the specific muscle groups needed to perform fast burst movements as well as train quick movements across the court. All for a great price too.

Having had an agility ladder in the past, I purchased it locally and it was pretty basic and didn't come with all of the accessories. These things aren't all that impressive to look at but it certainly does the job and comes with the chute and extra bits that was better than expected. For someone looking to add some gear to their home gym, this is a good start if you are looking for cardio equipment and small muscle group strengthening.

This is a perfect set with multiple tools that can be used in many different combinations in order to train agility. The speed cones alone, which are included as part of the set, can be arranged in a number of different ways to make exercise fun and challenging at the same time. Agility ladder drills can maximize coordination, focus, balance, and speed. This package also includes a booklet with suggestions of different drills. I would appreciate however if the drills page was printed with higher quality, separately on a large laminated sheet.Parachute is great for adding additional resistance to sprints that are limited to shorter distances. It gets strapped to the body and opens up during the run. Skipping rope is not heavy, but is of a reasonable quality. Unfortunately there are only 4 hurdles in this package, I wish there were a few more. Nevertheless, this package can be used to create many variations of different exercises for different ages, one of which can also be a 'beep test', which is an endurance test. Overall, there are definitely a lot of quality options available in this package which is sold at a very reasonable price.
