I am rehabbing an ankle injury and not only is this a vital tool for working on balance and proprioception but it's fun and challenging to do. Very easy to recharge, no batteries needed. I used a similar product at my physical therapist's and this one is so much better. Highly recommend

In the beginning I couod only get 2 of 4 working. The seller was great and helped me get all 4 working. Now we use them to give her workout a nice game like feel. I love them.

So much fun. Decided to get it to add a little cardio in between reps. 15 min is a good quick workout.
