We purchased this to replace a defective battery operated igniter for our fit pit table on the patio. It was easy to install and lights the gas just as easily if not easier than our battery powered unit that came with the table. And bonus: no batteries to replace!

Works Great! Now my heater starts with one click everytime.I did ground it to the heater tho my original striker wasn't grounded. I don't know if this needed to be grounded but I did it anyways.I can highly recommend it!

After the gas valve on my fireplace went out, I found out Honeywell discontinued the valve that came with my fireplace. The original valve had a built in igniter but finding a universal valve with an igniter turned up nothing. My only option was a universal valve without the built in igniter. For a few bucks this made for a quick fix and the spark is much stronger than that on my old valve.

This replacement ignitor was easy to install, and no battery needed. Works great in my fireplace. This product was inexpensive and was a twin pack.
