I purchased a memory foam mattress at Costco. Unfortunately, I didn't see the coordinating box spring. I tried the mattress without a box spring and the bed was really close to the floor and was uncomfortable. I searched around for an assembled box spring and could not find one until I found this one on Amazon. I thought I may not like it! To my surprise it was exactly what I needed it raised the bed, and I love the comfort and support it added to my new mattress. The bed looks better as well. I'm super happy so far.

My old set was 9incjes and it made the bed too high. Since I got this set my mattress shifts around when getting in and out unlike the name brand set I replaced. I don’t regret it because I’m not climbing anymore but it gets annoying sometimes. They seem to be fairly well made but I would ask for the top layer to be changed to something that isn’t so silky? Idk

It into comes with 1. I thought if I order box springs, It would come with 2 parts since it’s a “split queen†the description isn’t very specific .
