This product is what I needed for the repair. After installation and powering up the unit the original issue is resolved. The original fan motor went out after three years. The complaint I have is the ordered item was not adequately packaged from the shipper. Upon opening I discovered stress cracks in the housing and an impact point. The housing was still solid so I put super glue on the cracks to strengthen and hoped the internal parts were not compromised. I installed and it did work. Shipping appeared to involve a third party. After five months it is still working.

1st Motor fits and runs quietly upon first install in a Gree Vireo. The Motor seems to fit (not exactly) and run without issue so far. The Diameter of the motor seems the same. The height of the body is shorter but workable. The packaging was appropriate to protect the motor. It came in a foam box.We ordered a second motor to replace a second air handler. The order never arrived after waiting three weeks. We tried to order again (as per suggestions from amazon) and that came so poorly packaged (all the way from overseas??) in a bag with one layer of thin bubble wrap. To ship back the unusable motor would have cost almost the cost of the motor itself. We'll call it a loss at this point and order elsewhere.

This fan motor fit my 12k Frigidaire minisplit perfectly and is whisper quiet so far. Great price and fast shipping.
