This product came with excellent instructions for use, However, they were placed inside the two pieces, so, I did not see them at first. I did not want to open the sealed package unless I knew I could use and this delayed use. Had I opened the bag, I would have understood that the extra charcoal layer sits on top of the grease screen and is very easy to use and gives an extra layer of filter!! Very pleased.

The replacement filters were the perfect size and I'm happy with the quality of both filters. However, the package did not include the clips that the web description said would be included in the package. Luckily, I had saved the old clips and used them on the new filters.

Measured perfectly. Holding to a light, the carbon distribution is alike to that of the Broan Allure filters.

This product fits my range hood, but the charcoal layer is quite thin. Perhaps half the width of the original. So I purchased a sheet of 1/16 inch charcoal filter and placed it between the outer and inner filter. Seems to fit fine. Might even save money by replacing only the cut sheet each time.

This is just what I needed for my range hood replacement filters at a much better price than OEM Broan filters. I kept the clips that came with my last set of Broan filters and used them for these. They fit perfectly. I’m also glad these are made in the USA. For those that are concerned that they don’t come with clips, simply keep the old clips from the Broan filters. And those that have concerns about the filters being see-through, these filters are no more sheer than the Broan filters, plus the Broan cost over $30 for one set and they recommend they be replaced monthly. That’s way too expensive for what they are. I’m glad to have found these replacement filters and will order them again.

Perfect size but I had to tape the corners to the main frame to keep it from rattling when the fan is on high speed.

Couldn’t get the proper size in any store so was happy to be able to buy here. Stores do not keep in stock due to fan is over 5 yrs
