These plants are very cute and durable. They were shipped to me in Minnesota in the winter, and they all arrived alive and well.But there was a glitch. I'd ordered the twelve-pack for my sister-in-law's Christmas present (to go with 12 acrylic holders) and I only got a 5-pack. A flurry of messages back-and-forth to the sellers ensued. Could they send the additional plants before I left for the family Christmas in ten days? Yes, they could. When the plants hadn't arrived by the day before I left...Could you send the additional plants to my sister-in-law's in Wisconsin? Yes, they could.Well, the plants arrived in WI, a full reorder of 12, so my sister-in-law got bonus plants! Again, they were alive and well. I was so happy. It's great to see this attention to customer service and satisfaction! I'd order from this company anytime and highly recommend them.My only critique is that the plants are mostly green and not the vibrant variety of colors shown. But they're still very cute (see pic with candy kiss for scale). My sister-in-law, a plant lover, really liked them.

3 months update - they have grown so much! That are starting to have babies. Oh my goodness! They are all super healthy and so cute. I have a plant shelf that is my little Zen spot. They are so perfect.So adorable. Get yourself some new babies! So I had been telling my friends about my new babies and they loved all the 3d printed pots I was making. So I had to order more lovely babies! This was my second order of air plants from this company. They shipped super fast and all looked nice and healthy.Now, they are small. BUT YOU WANT THEM SMALL! Think about it, you don't want a large plant that's flowering and at the end stage of it's life. You want something you can enjoy for the entirety of it's life. If you treat them right they will grow, flower, and produce pups. Mine from my last batch just started to give a little tiny hint of a flower and has doubled in size since I got it!So get yourself some little babies 😉. Have fun with these little adorable air plants.They have made me so happy and I will be ordering more from this company for sure.

The picture shown has 5 plants and they look different with a couple having a little bit of color. 5 plants were received although they are all exactly the same green airplant. No color variation. No plant variation. Plants are healthy. Just disappointed that they couldn't give at least 2 or 3 differnt varieties.

They were all plain green plants and one was tiny and already dead when they arrived.

First let me start by saying I have ordered air plants from multiple vendors but this is the only vendor with the worst customer service I have ever received. First they sent me plants with a fungus. Then I contacted them when the first one died after two weeks and no response then again before my 30 day return policy was up and again no response. I contacted Amazon and they contacted the vendor only to have the vendor respond to me very rudely refusing to refund their product and saying that they did not receive any of my messages. I encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. The air plant shop will send you very poor quality products that will die almost immediately and then not respond to you. Basically just taking your money and running. I would definitely not recommend the air plant shop to any of my friends or family. They send you paperwork with care instructions which you can follow and an email address for you to be able to contact the air plant shop with any questions or concerns but good luck getting a response. You’ll just have to contact Amazon to contact them and then you should expect a response with no help and very very rude customer service representatives. If I could give no stars I would give no stars but it made me pick one so just consider that a -5….

These air plants are super cute and healthy! I was happy to see they weren't damaged during shipping (even in colder weather). I gave them a good soak since I'm not sure when they were last watered. I'm looking forward to seeing them grow and even bloom!

I have bought from this item three times. The first time there was a little bit of a variety, second time all green and small but not tiny. This last time they all green, identical to one another and tiny. I contacted the store to ask them how I can go about getting a variety. Their response was that I should purchase a 12 pack variety or grab bag and they told me that this listing is for all the same plants which is not what the description or pictures reflect. I will not be ordering from them again. I have given 2 stars because the plants seem to be healthy.
