The plant arrived well packaged, no issues and healthy. I don’t see any care instructions aside from a QRC code for an App that costs money so I’ll have to search them. Other than that, I’d buy from this company again.

Received the plant with bent and very soft leaves. I think that it is going to die because it has brown spots all over the leaves. Aloe vera leaves are supposed to be firm not mushy like an over ripe banana. I wish I could return it but it would be more trouble to return it because I do not have the package it came in….. Very disappointed ðŸ™

It's a beautiful plant healthy and big. It does have one broken piece but it's not an issue. The delivery was bad they put it at the top of my long driveway and I cant see that far from my house. It was laying on its side and in the sun. Someone could have stolen my stuff being delivered beside the road. Wish delivery service would have dropped it at my door everyone else does. Good purchase though. I will buy again sometime.

Packed well, Actually very healthy ,but when unpacking several stems were broken. No big deal, but the stems were too at risk for shipping, considering how many times it was handled before reaching me.Planted remainder in terrarium.

This was a Christmas Gift for my mom who was looking for an aloe plant. She loved it. I will definitely be buying from this company again. It arrived in perfect order, nothing broken or damaged. It looks fantastic.

The plant arrived looking healthy and was a nice size, unfortunately it looks like during shipping one of the large leaves snapped low near the base. The plant was packed ok however , looking at it I can’t help thinking that a loosely balled up peace of paper placed in the center would have given the large leaves more support and this wouldn’t have happened. I believe it was handled a bit rough by the shipperI. t’s a Christmas present so I wanted it to be without damage.
