Overall, I’m very happy. The driver seems very solid with a good weight and size to it and easy to use. The bits are bits, so we’ll find out how well they hold up. The driver worked well and I got the screw out that I needed to get out. For the money, it’s worth it.

Update: The seller reached out to me to address the issue that I ran into. I was just expecting a replacement bit in which I would have been very happy with, but they sent me a whole new set instead. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received and now I can work on a couple more vehicles without having to look for new bits. Highly recommend.Bit broke on first day of use, but luckily I was still able to get the job done using another supplied bit. The driver itself was fine. No good way to contact seller to see if there were anything they could do for me.

I bought this so that I could remove the flat head screw that holds the brake rotor in place on my Honda. It works well enough to do that and it isn't very expensive. It seemed to be better made than some of the cheaper ones available on Amazon. It's sturdy enough to last a lifetime of home garage use. It helps to lubricate the cam slide that rotates the head. Also, there is a chance that the direction of rotation will change after an impact, so check it before each strike. I only takes a single strike to loosen the screw, or maybe a 2 or 3 if it's really stuck or you're still finding out how hard you have to hit it. I would up using a 2 lb drilling hammer and a moderate swing to get good results.

Before we even get to this awesome tool, how about same day delivery for the win!!!Then on top of getting this quickly for my weekend brake job the tool is very well built & feels like it will last quite some time!I couldn’t fathom how long I could have ended up fighting those pesky factory screws holding the rotors nearly in place without this tool. Just set the rotation in the direction I need a few taps with a hammer and that’s it!Then I was able to reuse the screws , twisted the rotation and got them back in all nice and tidy.If I were to nitpick anything it’s the latch on the box doesn’t hold very securely, I think with a little bending or adjusting it will latch perfectly. Not a big concern for me as this tool has earned its forever home in my tool box!

This tool was fantastic in allowing me to quickly & effectively remove stuck/rusted screws from a bathtub overflow drain cover that was originally installed over 50 years ago.I tried and failed to remove the screws for a week ( using large screwdrivers & several pre-soaking with WD-40) before this manual impact screwdriver arrived from Amazon. I searched and could not find this tool locally. Videos indicate this tool can be essential for working with motorcycle engines, brakes & for other automotive uses.A truly great speciality tool ... apparently only manufactured in China.

I was reluctant to use this on a stuck flush feed screw on the lower unit of my outboard as stripping that screw and having to take it to a machine shop to drill it out was to be avoided at all costs. But the screw had not been removed in 30 years and I used every screwdriver and all my strength without success to free it. So I ordered this little kit. Came in a metal box - impressive - build quality looked great. The bits I thought, ok, that's the weak point, they'll break. But I picked one that fit and went to work on the stubborn screw head. I took my time. In a couple minutes it budged! It had been waiting 30 years to get out of there so I kept at it tapping the impact driver head with a rubber mallet (Tip: hold the driver loosely so it can spin its magic). A minute later it was finally free, the screw head undamaged and the impact driver bit still shiny and new. I'm a believer. Great product. Instructions? There aren't any. Pretty simple though - push in the bottom of the driver and twist it left or right to the L or R marking then retract it and the driver will then spin the screw heads out in that direction.

Simply put one bit shattered on second swing, like glass. It's been a LONG time since I needed one of these since the advent of cordless impacts but I needed one and I couldn't find my old set at the time. I'm just to experienced with hammers and am not afraid to put all I got into swinging of the hammer. With that a 4 pounder the bit nearly turned to dust. Found my old set and hit that as hard as I could and got the job done.I can see this working for simple things like brake drum screws for the average inexperienced user and hammer swinger but it's just not for pro's.

Package came and product was damaged. The folded container is metal but it's cheap and one of the rivets that attaches the lid was broken. The plastic insert was also broken so the bits flail in the container.I'm sure the unit will function fine. But it's nice to be impressed right off the bat. I'm not.
