The bars are perfect for those who purchased the shelving at home depot and didn't use all 6 shelves that came with it! We have about 4 home depot shelves and had so many shelves left to use we kept on searching for something that would be compatible. I was hesitant in purchasing these but it worked well and came without any damage. We will probably buy another in the near future.

Akro-Mils wire shelving product line is top-notch. It is more expensive than some units you can buy, but I have bought a lot of racking and I will always go with Akro-Mils Metro series as my first choice.This purchase was for a family member’s project. They had bought a cheapo rack and found the poles were a 2 piece design. For the setup they needed, the poles needed to be one piece. I helped locate Akro-Mils replacement poles and ordered a set. Worked perfectly.To sum it up, these poles are great. Each pole is a solid unit (not 2 halves connected in the center). They come with rubberized bolt feet and a rubber cap on the top. You can also buy optional wheels if you want (just remove the bolt feet and screw the wheel on).

this was supposed to be delivered the other day and it wasn't. Today i get home and the unopened box is sitting in my front entry. I think great i can put my shelf together and finish putting some things away in my storage room. Problem is i only received 1 legs and the title says it is a 4 pack. i am only giving this 1 star because while i wait for my replacements.update. Product seems to be good quality now that i have a full set of 4. The diameters are just slightly larger than my other racks so the plastic clips for shelf's were a little fussy.

Good value. Sturdy. The only way I could get the dimensions I wanted was to buy individual pieces rathern than a full kit. I was not disappointed. These worked well.

We have several wire shelving units in our storage room, and had extra shelf units due to the height of our storage bins not needing all five shelves. So all we needed was these extra 4 poles to be able to make up a complete shelf assembly. These poles worked great with the same style of shelf (from Home Depot in our case). I did have to buy some plastic sleeves separately. It would be nice if these included some. The price was a bit high too at over 50% of the cost of an entire shelving unit, though still less than buying the whole thing.
