I was amazed how fast this can be set up. Took about 15 minutes to unfold, them plug it in and about 5 minutes to fill with air. You can be ready to fill with water and start to heat it less than 30 minutes. The motor is powerful enough to create lots of bubbles. lt works on a 20 minute cycle. It will bubble for 20 minutes and kick off for 10 minutes in 20 minutes you can re-start the bubbles, this is a safety feature to protect the motor from overheating.. It is a very good quality, very relaxing.If you want to deflate and store it, it is easy to break down and store in the bag that comes with it.

We tried to set up ours Dec 15. Dec 23 heater stopped working.Contacted Seller to send us a replacement hose because the one it came with didnt fit to inflate. All they said is it came with it.We wanted this set up before we left for holidays so we found a work around with an air mattress pump (if you go this route- you def. loose the firmness).Added water- the heater/temperature display never went over (to this day) 90. We did all suggested troubleshooting even bought a reg thermometer to double check. We really wanted this to work out… finally reached out to Seller and re-requested for a new hose and heater unit (saw reviews that the Seller won’t replace a tub).They still didnt want to replace the hose and then wanted us to confirm amps/volts 🙄At this point, after not even an apology or something to meet us in the middle- we stopped asking the Seller and went to Amazon.

I read all the reviews and was super torn about the product. The price was irresistible. So far amazing. Great fit, 6 person so lots of room, easy as pie set up by myself, heated to max with cover on in 24hrs. I did get a multi outlet circuit breaker strip to plug it into instead of directly to my outlet, because i have an older house and didn’t want a melted outlet like I saw in one of the reviews. I love how the motor is built into the side instead of a big extra box that I’ve had in the past. So far so good, definitely worth the price i paid!! Thank you🩵

I wish I had not purchased this my husband built a building with a heater so I it was never to freeze and the heating element went out and I refused warranty replacement even after send the picture of the entire set up bad bad bad don’t waste your money bad bad company

Price was great - a little too great.The Bad (clearly more important than the good):The heater failed after less than 48 hours, as tracked by my circuit-specific energy monitoring device (name redacted, but it rhymes with Informia Synergy). The hot tub heated room temp water to 104F once, then once covered it would not maintain temp before the end of the 2nd day. For reference: startup time with a full water volume was 12/3/2023 1PM, power draw 1300W, peaked 1640W 12/3 6PM and maintained through 12/4 9PM with a measurement of 1470W, before dropping to 473W at 10PM, and never peaking above 386W between 12/4 11PM and 12/8 5PM with a 24 hour disconnect/cool-down period on 12/5 6PM to 12/6 6PM.Water temp, as measured 12/8/2023 5PM (5 days, 5 hours after delivery) was 65F, in a climate controlled 4 seasons room with an average temp 65F-70F this time of year. Resetting and unplugging the unit made no difference in heater performance or power draw.I do NOT recommend this brand to anyone until they fix their heaters. Please check additional 2 and 3 star reviews (and probably 1 star) - the heater is a common failure piece on these units, and the return process is atrocious. Amazon doesn't immediately issue a refund/return label, but instead will 'email me instructions to complete the refund'. Pay with a credit card if you insist on buying this, so you can rely on your credit card provider (Visa, Amex, MC, Discover, etc.) to provide consumer protections in case Amazon and the seller decide to deny your refund).DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTThe Good:Hot tub inflates easily, and setup is fairly straightforward. A decent chemical kit for spas allows easy setup and proper water chemistry, and the 110V plug with GFCI and easy drain and easy inflate is pretty nice.It does include a (cheap) cover with locking switches, but honestly anything heavier than an infant would be at risk with the cover included. It also includes a ground cloth, but overall the quality is garbage

Pretty easy to set up (in my basement) after I actually read the directions regarding inflating it. Water warmed up in a few hours - which really surprised me. Filter, etc. is quiet. I'm 155 lbs & 5'4" & this thing fits me perfectly. I don't think it would be comfortable with two people but I guess that depends on how 'close' you wanna be. Really hoping things are still going well after a few months.

I just recently purchased this hot tub. I set it up by myself and when my wife got home from work she said it looked small. Well, last night we went in it for the first time, and even though it may look small it was actually very spacious. I am 5"8 and my wife is 5"2 and we both had tons of leg room. The motor is also quiet. The hot tub we had prior to this one (different brand) does not compare. If I have anything negative to say it would be that this one does not have strap handles inside to hold on to ground you when the bubbles are going. Other than that we love our new hot tub.
