This was so easy to set up, and get going!! I filled it up, turned on the heat, and was enjoying it by the next morning 🤗 This has been the best week of my life having my own hot tub!!! I would advise anyone else who buys one to keep in mind the chemicals they need. As well as, test strip to keep the PH correct... So far no complaints from me â¤ï¸

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. It did not work AT ALL!! Like I didn’t get to use it even once. I returned it and the seller refused to give me 100% of my money back. Nothing was missing, it wasn’t dirty because all I did was fill it with water to turn it on (and it didn’t work) then I drained it that same night. Wiped it clean, let the air back out and packaged it back up. So literally nothing was wrong with it when I sent it back. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again.

Love this. Have used it all summer. Did have a little difficulty getting filters for it, but finally found some that worked great with a little modification. I always cover when not in use, and also use bromine instead of chlorine. 100% recommend, but do your research for maintenance (filters, chlorine/bromine with dispenser, ph checking etc) and buy that before you set up. Would also recommend buying a seat to sit, and a clip on tray meant for inflatable spas that holds drinks and phone

I love this little “hot tubâ€! It runs for about half an hour. Just enough time to soothe away the stress and aches from the day. The only downside is that it uses air jets instead of water jets and sucks the heat out of it. For the price and size it suits its purpose! I have considered purchasing an additional heating source for long winter nights! We have only used during cool or cold weather and it maintains the heat nicely without driving up the electric bill!

I read the reviews, and was a little skeptical. I bought it anyway, because there is a 30 return. Set up was easy and quick. It did take it over night to heat up to 104, but I didn’t care about that. I wasn’t using it until the next day. Is it the best hot tub I could ever own? No. But it is the best inflatable purchase I have ever made. My husband loves it, I love it.

I’ve purchased several inflatable hot tubs over the years, and this is the absolute worst. The max fill line is half of the depth of the tub (which is so high I can’t see over the top of it). The water doesn’t even go up past my stomach and I’m super short. My bath tub fills up higher than this thing and it isn’t even a garden tub. When you’re only in a few inches of water and it’s cold out, you FREEZE. also, the heater part of this that allows you to adjust the temperature is very low to the ground. It makes it difficult to see if the temperature is where you want it (you almost have to get in the tub to see this) and it’s so low to the ground you have to almost get out to reach it to adjust the jets and temperature. My inner thighs get cut up on the sharp plastic when climbing in and out of the hot tub because the sides are so high. This is a total waste of money. Go with another brand. Any brand. I’ve tried out 3 of 4 different kinds over the years, so anything else is better than this pile of garbage.

Very quick and easy to put together. Works well. Very happy with it. Kept it on the cooler side during summer, but is now heating up well.

So the good:BigComfortableLove the coverBad:Filter doesn't last at all.Supposed to get to 104 degrees but never heats up higher than 102.Drain hose does not fit any size hose and it floods my porch when I try to drain it to clean it because it is so short.Can not position drain hose over edge of porch to drain it as the drain hole points right at the main power. They are less than a foot apart.Power constantly shuts offHeater constantly turns offSays filter is plugged when it's a brand new filter.Pump not strong enough to filter entire spa.

I Love my new Hot Tub!!! When I first got it I hooked it up and it worked GREAT - then after a 2 day period of not using it, it wouldn't heat up past 86 so I messaged the seller and they asked me to do a couple of things - I did them - it still wouldn't heat up past 86 so they sent me a new pump/heater and it's working GREAT now!!!!

We decided to ignore the reviews and order this hot tub because it was the only brand that was perfect size for our porch. Big mistake. It comes in a box that was obviously already returned and resent out again. When you plug it in nothing happens. It just automatically trips the gfi on the plug it not allowing it to even turn on. Piece of crap and a waste of time and money. Now I have to try and shove it back in the box and send it back. Not happy.

It showed up much quicker than the tracking indicated. Set-up was a breeze and it is a solid unit ! It says it will go to 104 degrees, but mine maxes out at 102. It has yet to go to 104 even on extreme hot days. Other than that, I have been using it every single day since it arrived. No regrets !!

I am absolutely in love with my new hot tub! I’ve had it only a short time but I’m so in loving ve with it. Only thing that would make it better..:. Give a little starter package to help ppl get started & let ppl enjoy it sooner
