I've had hot tubs for 20+ years and when possible I'm in the tub soaking once a week. This water "softner" is PERFECT for NOT drying out your skin. It is a perfect addition and everyone should use this product.

I ordered two - 2lb bottles of softener. I received two - 1.5lb bottles. I was shorted 1 whole pound. What seemed like a great deal was actually more expensive than the spa store where I normally shop.
