Not that I'm condoning it, but if you're wondering, "Hm, how durable are these inflatable hot tubs?" All I can say is I left mine out, full of water and covered, during a once in a century storm here in Sarasota, FL. Hurricane Milton made landfall 8 miles west of me, the eye passed over us with sustained winds of 90 miles an hour and gusts of 110 mph. Milton toppled trees, tore electric poles in half, and ripped roofs off of structures like it was purpose driven. Yet my inflatable hot tub took it like a champ with not a scratch. The cover, tightened down, kept nearly every piece of lawn debris save a few pieces of leaves, which is absolutely wild given the vortex of wind that whipped around it for 6 hours. This picture is or the hot tub 1 day post Milton just after taking the cover off before I started cleaning it.Aside from durability, we've had the spa since March 2024 and it has brought us hours of relaxation and will surely bring hours more. The jets are surprisingly robust given the reputation of inflatable devices. It fits 2 adults more than comfortably and could do 4 adults if they don't mind bending their legs a little. The water can get up to a nice and toasty 104F given enough time, it takes roughly 1 hour to go up 2 degrees here in FL. It's surprisingly easy to maintain, I spend maybe 10 to 15 minutes a week maintaining it. I purchased mine on sale at a fraction of the price of a similarly equipped hard sided tub and as far as I'm concerned it has been a great value for money. Will absolutely consider getting another one in the future, great work Bestway/Coleman!

I’ve always dreamed of having a hot tub. Unfortunately, our home would not facilitate a conventional one.Thought I would be compromising the force of the bubbles vs. the conventional jets. I was wrong.Luckily, it’s a pretty easy set up. The instructions are not very clear. But in combination with YouTube videos, did it fast. This model is easier than the videos, because it is all one unit. Just blow it up, hook it up, fill it up, cover up, turn on the heat. It took about 16 hours to get from 50 to 104. It’s in a cool basement, on 1 1/2 inch styrofoam sheets. We got the extra energy efficient cover Glad we did. It covers the entire thing, not just the top.The force of the bubbles jets is amazing. 2 settings. My husband prefers the lower setting. I prefer the high. It’s just amazing. One week in and have zero complaints!!!!!! I will return to comment on how keeping at 100 degrees in a 55 degree basement costs to operate. However, even if it is a lot, I feel it’s worth the cost! Plus, after a little bit of frustration, was able to get the app working and control it from my iPhone!!! That is a huge plus!!!

This is my second BestWay Coleman jacuzzi. The 1st one last almost 2 years so I decided to purchase a 2nd one. It’s the exact same jacuzzi but it has not worked since I bought it in March 2024. Once the heat is on, it creates an E02 error code and turns off. I’ve tried to troubleshoot everything I can think of including speaking to someone on the phone one time. Since that time, my husband and I have both called back many times and when we get somewhere on the phone it hangs up on us. I’ve emailed with no response. It’s terrible customer service. There’s no way to contact the seller on Amazon I have tried. I keep getting rerouted. It’s very frustrating because I bought this product and wasted money on something that doesn’t work. I believe it has an bad element. I had high hopes given the first one but I would not buy it again. I’d love for the company and/or seller to contact me.

Easy to get up and running and I am enjoying it a lot. My only complaint is that it loses heat too fast. It could either use a better (more powerful?) heating unit, or some sort of insulation so I don’t lose 4° in less than an hour.Overall, for an inexpensive hot tub for me to use for a year or so until I decide whether I want a solid one vs inflatable, I’m not disappointed.Make sure to buy chemicals

I very rarely write product reviews. I’ve had this hot tub for one month now. My family is very pleased with it. It was extremely easy to put together. Very well designed by the product engineers. The mechanism which pumps up the hot tub is also the same mechanism that keeps it hot, filters the water, and provides the jets. The product itself is very substantial. You can sit on the edges and it feels very safe. There are two covers that come with this. One for every day use, and it keeps the heat in. One for long-term use. The mechanism which blows the hot tub up has been engineered so that you cannot overfill it with air. The best way to learn how to put the hot tub together would be to watch YouTube videos. Very informative. I was worried about the chlorine and keeping it clean, but this is all extremely easy. i’ve shared the same analysis with friends and family, and I believe several people are going to purchase it.

So a few things to consider: 1) Make sure to prepare to level the ground and make sure the spout for emptying it is on a slight downslope and accessible. Believe it or not for 225 gallons, attaching a long hose to it to empty did not work well on a level surface. 2) Make sure you tighten the straps as you never know when it is going to rain, so do not keep them loose. 3) They need to INCLUDE instructions on how to set this up. I gave it 5 stars b/c we have used it every day almost, but the set up had to be Googled. 4) Again 5 stars for price and comfort. I live in NJ and it is the end of June and we are having some hot weather. If the hot tub is at 85ish degrees at 5pm, it will take until 9pm+ to get to 102 ish. Thus you have to plan to use it.Last issue I would say is connectivity to Wifi....couldn't get it to work on the app. Comfort and price is solely what the rating is on but I would buy it again given those two factors.
