I had watched the videos and decided to take a chance. What a great decision. This tub self inflated in about 3 minutes. It to 10 minutes to fill with the garden hose. With a starting water temperature of 78 degrees, it reached the 104 degree temperature in less than 12 hours. It maintains it well. It’s very sturdy. I fit in it very well (except I do make the water overflow when filled to the max level and the bubbles are on). It’s truly a 1-2 person tub. The bubbles actually make for a great massage around my shoulders and neck. I’ve even shifted and given my sciatica a massage. Up keep is easy. One cap of granulated chlorine and a hand full of baking soda go the chemicals to the right temp. Anti-foam. Works great. Occasionally we need to use clarifier. I’ve been having a great time in it.

Worked nice for 30 days then the heater stopped working filed a claim LOL that's a joke there phone number on their web page is a cell phone that goes to voice mail with you have reached then the number nothing saying relax time they finely got back to me told me oh we will be in touch later today and never did contacted amazon for a a-z and that's a joke as well now I got to wait for up to 7 days for them to do their job siting hear with a busted tub not hot no more and no help do not buy.

I had a Hot Springs full feature hot tub for 20 years but was not able to bring it to my new home. Missing the leisurely bubble time I had so enjoyed, I came across this one evening and decided to give it a try. I was advised it was best to have a dedicated line for the service so that was a bit of a set back. Once in place, set up was a breeze even for this single 75 year old great Grandma! Started at about 3pm and by that evening, I was enjoying my bubbles with a glass of bubbly! Since NC has been brutal this year, I plan on keeping the temp at about 93, refreshing and just right for an evening cool down. Come Oct., I expect to bring it up to higher temps and am hoping I will still love it!!EDIT- October now and still loving it! Best $ I have spent on an impulse purchase! Little increase in electric use.EDIT!!!!- After 3 months, heater quit working. It was replaced but I am unable, even with a video, to maneuver the new pump into place. Gave it to my son, maybe he can manage. So disappointed as I really loved this!!!

The hot tub is better made and heavier duty than I expected when I ordered it. Pretty easy to setup although the instructions it came with are for the 4 person tub. Much more bubble action than I expected. It did take about 20 hours to initially heat up. The one thing I am unhappy with is the sound. It is LOUD when the bubbler air pump is running. Forget about having a conversation or hearing a TV with it running. But it is worth the price.

This item is much smaller than I expected. It says two person but more like a one. Looks like a bath tub. It is easy to assemble. It works fairly decent.

I have a fully functional hot tub for under $400!Bubble jets are great. Size is perfect for me. Great coming home at the end of the day to this.I have noticed that I do need to inflate it a bit after a couple days. But that's just what happens with inflatable equipment. Its not drastic. Could leave it a week and it would still hold the water. But don't go on vacation without emptying it.For the value and functionality vs the price, I give it 5 stars!

I have owned 4 different inflatable hot tubs and this one is just perfect for one person. Was easy for me to setup by myself. Works great. I have used it almost daily now for 3 months. Keeps water heated. Only tip is if your power goes off or even flickers, you will have to reset and power back on. Note all of them I have had are the same. I would purchase again.

Bought 2 of these the first one stopped working after approximately 2 month’s. So I returned it and order another. After about 2 months it started leaking air I had to try twice to repair it and was successful. After refilling and setting up again was holding air but right after getting in a new leak developed on a different see. I will not buy it again
