I bought this to replace the part that holds my hand-held shower head, which broke because it was plastic. This is made of metal. My old hand-held shower head went back on.I had also bought another shower head to see if I wanted to replace my old one, but the connector that came with the shower head was of even cheaper quality than the one that broke.And my old shower head is of better quality than the new one.So this connector saved me money.

This was easy to install and was leak free the first time. No tweaking or super tightening required.

Was less expensive than other products so when took 3-4 weekd to arrive I did not mind.Good quality does the job

Works great with my shower head. I saved a lot of money fixing this broken piece instead of buying a whole new shower head. This one is completely made out of metal, so hopefully I won’t have any issues with it breaking again.

This product worked wonderful and doesn't leak. Saved me 5x the cost of buying a replacement from a larger big box store as I didn't have to by an assembly that included the hose and wand.

I only give 5 Stars to items the beat my expectations. This was the 3rd holder we tried and the first that fit our shower head.It is full metal as described and seems of good quality. My expectations were that I would have to return this, I didn’t so it beat my expectations.
