Extremely bright LED’S!! They seem like good built quality, I’ve purchased other LED bulbs from ALLA lighting and they make good products. I’ve yet to have an issue with anything from them. The price was comparable to other brands, these were nice Bc they were not just really bright, but also offered with strobe effect. My last pair were bright but not strobe effect, I wanted the strobe ones since it’s good for people to see it better and prevent them from rear ending me! These bulbs also fasten into the bulb sockets which is important in my opinion since I don’t want to have the bulbs fall off the socket into my tail light fixtures. So these click in good and don’t move. I didn’t have to install them with a certain polarity, they work either way which is also good to have, so you can’t go wrong for the price and the quality, and the brightness which is extremely bright! Don’t question it just buy them!

When driving, face it, we all can have times where we are not at 100% attention for many reasons. We may have just pulled a 16-hour shift, or we are driving on 'auto-pilate' because we're thinking so deeply about a problem at home or work, or some just being an idiot on their phone while they are driving. BRIGHT FLASHING lights will usually get the attention of anyone even when observed through peripheral vision.The Alla Lighting 2800lm Red 3156 3157 LED Strobe Flashing Brake Light is just the ticket. Switching them out was as simple as replacing the bulb with any other. I did have to add a load resistor to the turn signal wire on my 2007 F-150, but that went easily.I used the 4Pcs Aaron 50W 6ohm Load Resistors to prevent 'hyper-flashing'. purchase, I was concerned the flashes would take to long in duration and be annoying to drivers behind you but have found the lights have a fast and super bright, three-bursts of light, followed by a steady on state. This is just what I was looking for as added protection from being rear-ended.The light is very bright and gets attention without going overboard with too much flashing.These lights may not be legal in every state or county, so you will have to make the judgement call as to using them. My thought is if I were ever to get pulled over for having this type of brake lights I would gladly go to court to contest the ticket because it isn't a matter of the law, but a matter of the intention of the law. Brake lights are to alert drivers you are slowing or stopping. If they don't notice them, I feel my life is in danger anymore when people have so many distractions, and I want to protect myself from an accident or worse.It wouldn't surprise me if eventually, all cars manufactured will have this type of break lighting setup.Do yourself and your family a favour, buy these lights and either install this yourself or pay to have a local mechanic install them.

Definitely pulls enough power to work on a non-CANBUS car to avoid any light out or hyperflashing issues when use as a brake light, definitely no resistors required as brake light. Nice and bright even though I bought red and already having red lenses, it looks nice and bright with stock looking light dispersal. When brakes are applied they flash quickly 3-4 times and go solid bright, like all of those other legal 3rd brake light systems you see.In other words, it actually works, is legal and is as bright is claimed, truly plug and play! Great cheaper alternative to flashing 3rd bake light!

It was bright, the lights would not work sometimes, turns out they don't click in the connectors that well meaning it wont work on 2003-2008 corolla's unfortunatly.

Replacing stock tail lights with brighter LED bulbs is a simple way to improve safety. These bulbs were easy to install and a perfect fit to replace the incandescent bulbs that GM put on my vehicle.Tip: For a different vehicle, I bought LED bulbs that were white color vs. these that are red LEDs. However, the white LEDs seem to overpower the vehicle's red lens and therefore when illuminated, they don't look as much like a red tail light. So for me, getting the red LED bulbs was a far better choice.

Purchased these for my 2015 Ford Escape, installation was easy. After they were installed they did not flicker on idle with car off, although WHEN CAR WAS TURNED ON IT WOULD FLICKER. That wasn't even the worst part!! The LIGHTS WORKED AND FLASHED BUT AS SOON AS I USED MY WINDOWS UP OR DOWN, THEY ACTIVATED THE FLASHES AND BRAKE LIGHT. Everytime I clicked the auto windows, the brake lights WOULD FLASH WITHOUT MY FOOT ON BRAKE. Maybe your experience will be different but mines went horribly wrong for something I thought would be a nice addition to the dim bulbs the car uses.

Was a pain to keep them working. Wouldnt meet contact points had to bend the pins outward so they would make contact inside the connector.
