I was pulling out the oil cooler on my 2004 E350 6.0 Powerstroke. Forgot to disconnect 1 of the injector clips and broke the connector. Bought this replacement, pulled the valve cover, unpinned the old connector and pipes the pins into this one. No issues at all.

The base of the connector would not fit through the recessed portion of the rocker carrier. Not sure if the connector was out of spec or the rocker carrier, but after a bit of sanding with a die grinder it fit like a glove and works well.

I had a few injector connectors that would push down into the rocker panel and some that were broken and wouldn't stay plugged into the harness. These are a great quality replacement that is much easier and more affordable than replacing the entire injector. The installation isn't bad, just swap one pin at a time and make sure you get them in the correct position. There are YouTube videos that help

I had an injector on my 6.0 Powerstroke "sticking", only to find out the injector plug was broken. I purchased this connector instead of a whole new injector to try top fix my "sticking" issue. This plug fit perfectly, the install was simple (youtube it), and the "sticking" issue is gone! Great product, great price, and it fixed the problem :)

Looks the same as the factory injector plug. Easy to swap but a pain to get to. Working great so far
