Anchorlube is the future of multi-purpose lubricants, offering a new level of tool-life along with the cleanliness of a water/soap based compound.
Anchorlube is a semi-paste and performs well on all metals, especially stainless steel and other exotic metals that tend to shorten tool life considerably.
USES
Anchorlube is the best product available for stainless, high-carbon, high-chrome, cast iron monel, etc. It is also the solution for difficult metalworking operations such as along welds on carbon steel. It can be used for:
- drilling
- tapping
- sawing
- spot facing
- counter boring
- milling
- seat forming
- drawing
- piercing
- punching
- and many others
Anchorlube is used by machinists, electricians, plumbers, welders, HVAC technicians and many more.
ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE
Anchorlube contains NO sulfur, chromates, nitrates, lead, lithium, tin, copper, formaldehyde, chlorine/fluorine, silicon, oil or VOCs of any type; and comes in a distilled water formulation for critical operations. It is a clean lubricant that contains no petroleum and is a water-based soap.
STORAGE, HANDLING AND PROPERTIES
- Smooth, green semi-paste
- Store at room temperature. Keep capped to avoid clogging.
- Consistency may vary with temperature.
- Melting point is between 75 deg. F and 80 deg. F
- Summer temperatures reduce its viscosity; and while under winter temperatures it is a fairly heavy paste
- These changes have no effect on use, efficiency, or performance.

Works as well as cutting oil if not better, for all my diy aluminum milling needs. Greenish tinted cream that i apply with a squeeze bottle. Gel consistency. No spillage. No splatter. Easy clean up with water. no more oil stains on clothes and keeps my end mill bits cooler and last longer from heat discoloration. Love it

Different from a cutting oil, more of a water like coolant with lots of cling. Cutting oil burns off to provide cooling of the tool this product is smokeless.

So far I've had better results drilling and tapping with this stuff than with various cutting oils. There's significantly less smoke in the workshop and my drill bits are staying cooler and dulling slower. It's also working well with HSS endmills. The only problem I have with it is that if you don't wipe it off your machines or work it'll leave stains in the metal.

Gel-like consistency is the key to success. Seems to shine when reaming and tapping mild steel to hardened. Highly recommended

Keeps drill bit cool, no oily mess. Builds up around the bit and holds the metal chips; just wipe them off with a paper towel. I drilled out a bolt, a couple minutes of non-stop high speed drilling and could still hold the bit between my fingers. Barely felt warm at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
