We used to call these creamers as we primarily used them for creaming sugar and butter. I love to use mine for making pie crusts and the topping for apple crisp. Very sturdy, feels good in the hand, and works amazingly well. I used a fork for a long time, but this is so much better and faster and does a better job. No more aching hands.

This is a good pastry dough mixer. The blades are sturdy and spaced far enough apart to mix the dough well without just smushing it down. The blades also work well for fruit. Easy to clean.

It works better than using 2 forks to mix your pie crust dough together, but it's for someone with smaller hands. I'll keep it because it does work and I like the color, but I'd buy a larger one next time. This is the wife reviewing the product.

This is great, no complaints but just be aware that blades are very sharp. I’m an “every last bit†person having grown up poor so I always use my fingers to gather every bit sticking to blades. First time using it I cut my finger. Now I’m careful to scrape blades with a butter knife. But it’s an excellent pastry blender (& the red matches my kitchen. (The handle not my blood 🙃)

I should have bought this sooner. The handle is great, very comfortable and easy to maneuver it even held up in the dishwasher.
