I use this for cutting bread in my kitchen. I don't have to worry about sharp edges, and it is a good bowl scraper, too. The measurements are right on the sides of the scraper. It's large enough to get the job done and you can throw it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

I know it’s a simple dose scraper and I’ve had many stainless steel ones so a few silicone ones and a few plastic ones. This one is very nice. It has rounded edges so I can get those rounded edge bottoms on your pans and so forth. It has measuring increments on the front and back in case you need to measure things as your sling it has a silicone grip handle so it doesn’t slip out when it gets wet. It’s a pack of two. I use one in the kitchen and I use one of my desk and I use that too clean off my desk accumulates on there that’s going into the garbage can very quickly peanut shells pistachio shells , sunflower seed shells makes the clean up in the kitchen. Can I use it for this is a great value, especially with two in the pack.

They are handy for gathering vegetables and fruits from a cutting board, pushing icing or frosting down in a piping bag, and even scraping up food that gets stuck on the countertop. I like the conversion chart on one side and the ruled lines for inches and centimeters. They are not easy to read in general, but I work under very bright lights that help with that. The first time I used one, some of the dough stuck to the raised writing, so I have been dusting them with flour to prevent that. I appreciate that these are more rigid than my other scrapers, which I need in certain situations. The price for the two scrapers is surprisingly low. However, I did take off one star because the green scraper has some slight damage on it.

I got these to use more as bowl scrapers. They seem to work OK for that, particularly with moving large amounts of dough, but when cleaning a bowl or dealing with something thinner than dough I still reach for my favorite, flexible spatula. Where these do shine is in dividing dough; I was skeptical that the rather dull plastic scrapers would do as well as my metal bench knives but too my surprise they worked better and were more comfortable to hold.

I use these scrapers in my studio when working with cold wax and oil sticks. They are less expensive than some other similar tools and they hold up well.
