Inexpensive but useful, lightly flexible. Durability not known yet but they are well suited to working with sticky sourdoughs.

When making my doughs it works great for pulling the doughs out of the bowls and the other flatter one works great on my pastry board. I kept one of each for myself and sent my youngest daughter the other 2. She also does a lot of baking.

The blurb on this product describes it as made of silicon which I took to mean both flexible and high heat resistant. Instead, both items are hard plastic and without the flexibility needed for a good bowl scraper. I am returning this purchase.

Really worthless for what I wanted these for. I needed the sharp side to be the straight side.

These are very nice thick and sturdy dough cutters and bench scrapers. I was able to divide up 5lbs of bread dough into nice even sections and then clean my work surface so easily.
