I liked the price and the fact it had a wooden handle. size is good and blade thickness is perfect. Great buy for a weekend baker guy .

We bought these to use in taffy making, and there a not flexible. They bend, guess we'll have to use the soap cutter handled blade's. They are very sturdy and don't bend like these thinner ones
