This stainless-steel bench scraper is firm and does not bend during use. I am always looking up measurement conversions and love the handy measurement conversions etched on the scraper. The bench scraper handle works for left-handed or right-handed use whether I’m working with dough or transferring chopped fruit or veggies to a bowl or pan.I recently made mashed potatoes and used the silicone bowl scraper instead of a spatula with a handle. I liked how the curved edge of the bowl scraper cleaned the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl, while the body of the scraper gave firm support in my hand. It was easy to control using it with my left or right hand too. I will be using this to get every drop of batter and mix from the bowl.I have washed both scrapers in the dishwasher several times with no problems. I am very pleased with these scrapers!

If you work with sourdough or any kind of bread dough, these scrapers are an invaluable asset. Cut, chop and scrape the day away with these. And when you're done, a quick trip through the dishwasher and they're ready to go for the next time! In short, if you do any kind of bread, cookie, or even pie baking, these will be a constant help, and you'll be glad you bought them.

I love this set especially the large bench scraper. I do my sourdough baking on a cutting board so am not concerned about damaging my counter (the scraper has a sharp edge) and needed something to divide my dough. The bench scraper is large, firm, and sharp--exactly what I needed to divide my dough for dinner rolls or when I make a double batch of bread. It is comfortable and easy to hold and has the measurement tables cut in so they won't wear off. The dough scraper is good but I'll confess I don't really end up needing it because I use my hands or a spatula. I do appreciate that both items nest together to be more compact for storage. Overall, a great set and I'm really happy with it!

I'm incredibly happy with this dough and bench scraper set. The bench scraper itself is pretty standard. It has a comfortable grip, cuts through dough well, and has the added bonus of having handy measurements and conversions etched on the side for quick reference. Definitely a very handy tool in the kitchen.The really wonderful part of this set, in my opinion, is the dough scraper. I've used dough scrapers in the past, but they've always been fairly flimsy pieces of plastic that only do a half decent job of scraping all the sides of the bowl. This dough scraper is excellent! It's thick, comfortable to grip, and feels incredibly sturdy and long lasting. The silicone edge is thinner and flexible like the edge of a spatula so it can pick up every bit of dough on the edge of the bowl.It's a great essential tool for any baker and would make a wonderful gift for the "baker who has it all".

I've been looking at bench scrapes for awhile but these really caught my eye. I love that the metal has measurements in inches and centimeters and measuring conversions on it. The rubber grip is sturdy and the color is great. I love the bowl scrape I have glass mixing bowls so the silicone scrapes them clean every time and it's pliable enough to fit the bowl. These are great tools for any baker. They seem well made and handled the dishwasher a few times already without any issues at all. These appear that they will hold up to long term use just fine.

The look and feels of this dough and bench scraper set is great, the bench scraper is really sturdy and actually quite sharp. The dough scraper seemed like it would be sturdy and flexible where necessary, however it’s too thick and almost spongy at the end and just didn’t work well in my dough bowls.
