Everything that I’d hoped it would be. I haven’t been able to find a dough blender in store and this one is perfect. The stainless steel matches my other utensils. It’s made with screws instead of cheap rivets. And it made cutting butter into flour sooo much faster and easier than the masher I was using. The stainless steel is a little harder to grip with greasy hands, but I’m okay with it because I like the all stainless steel look. Easy to use and clean. I would recommend.

Makes the best crusts, sturdy, no rusting, easy to clean, comfort grip. I’ve a lot of pie crusts and this one of the best. You won’t be disappointed.

I like it and it does its job well but sometimes the blades blend which may be an error on my part hence the almost perfect review.

I purchased this item because I needed to cut butter into my flour to make pie crust for my chicken pot pie. I really don't like using a food processor for that, using my fingers was a pain, and using a fork was an even bigger pain than the fingers. I've made a few crusts, this item works great and as intended. My pie crusts came out flaky and beautiful, even made crackers out of the left over dough. No complaints so far... 5 stars!!
