This made biscuit recipes so much easier. My hands can't tolerate using two butter knives to cut in butter but I can use this. AND it's dishwasher safe! I just have to get the dough out from between the blades but I can shake it off or poke it out. If I want to I can run a dish brush over the blades to get out the smaller bits and then I just toss this into the top rack of my dishwasher.

This is my first dough blender. I got it to step up my baking game. It did come bent and I’m not sure if that’s normal for this type of tool, but I did pop it back into place. Otherwise it works fine for incorporating butter into crumbles and scones.
