I do a lot of baking and had been looking for one for a while and I am very happy with my purchase. For making pie crust or anything you need to cut butter or shortening into flour it works well and is easy to clean.

I like the older style of the wire pastry cutter instead of the new flat cutting edge. But, Amazon came through once again!

I like the lightness and sturdiness of this tool...it bounces right into the flour and shortening and blends beautifully. Great for biscuits and pie crusts!
