I have also used this when making ground beef to cut up in to smaller pieces for like a dip consistency. In other words, this is a multipurpose tool! It is easy to handle and clean.

The big surprise with this Dough Blender is the shortness of the handle. Why so short! my hand is much wider than the handle. In addition the blades have razor sharp burs on one edge from the punching process when made, probably because the tooling is poor. You might want to take a file to it to make it safe to wash by hand. I expected much better quality for the price...

In all, this is a pretty nice pastry cutter. Thick, solid metal sheet design, solid wood handle, etc.Unfortunately, it's too small for me to hold properly for use. It would probably be perfect for children, or women who's hands aren't very large.
