Saves time and so clean. No mess kneading. I put the flour and butter cut up in pieces and was able to mix it well. Just added water to it, kneaded some more and that was it! Perfect dough, no messy hands and no messy counter.After, just wash with warm water and dish soap and dry it by putting in it in a tall glass or bottle. I ordered more for my friends

The dough kept sticking to the side of the bag. the mat that came with it was flimsy and tore on 3rd use. Can not recommend it.

Just not that useful. I purchased to handle a particularly sticky type of dough. Dough adheres to the bag to a degree that makes it counterproductive to use - can’t really get it out as easily as hoped.For regular bread dough it works fine, but isn’t big enough for a normal two-loaf batch.
