I bought this to aid in making dumpling dough, it’s a good size for my hand, it’s easy to use, and comfortable. Cleaning is a bit of a pain though, please be careful not to cut your fingers.

I like to make homemade rolls using my bread machine that we just purchased. I am new to baking and don't really know all of the in's and out's about what is needed. Once the dough came out of the machine, I would need to cut it multiple times to get 24 pieces of small dough. I tried using a dull knife to cut the dough, but that was miserable and very hard to do. It just didn't want to cut the dough. I had enough of that and looked for dough cutters online. I came upon this dough cutter and decided to order it. The next time I made rolls, I used this, and holy smoke, it went right thru the dough so easily! I couldn't believe it. I was thru in just a few minutes as opposed to the last time being 15 minutes. What a great item to have. Now my wrists thank me and my frustration level has gone from 10 to 0!

I plan to use the bench scraper for more than it's intended purpose, it's definitely a handy tool for bakers but also for cake decorating or potentially cookiers too. The crinkle cutter will come in handy for decorative edges / cutting I suppose and waffle or other style fries.
