I've had this for over a year and it is my go to for baking. I hand wash it and the wood has not dried out or cracking and there is no rusting. The metal has not bent either.The wood does rotate for ease, though I would prefer a stationary piece, it's not a big issue for myself.

I use the mixer to combine butter and flower. I found it to be a bit flimsy it would collapse easily.

The Nordic Ware pastry blender is well-made and sturdy. Not only is it useful when baking, I also use it for breaking up ground meat during cooking and crushing brown sugar that has hardened. Versatile.

There is a wooden handle. It seems to be stainless steel, but it is very thin and bends easy. Meh.

I bought this to replace a terrible but very cute pastry blender that I purchased based on looks alone, and realized that the individual blades would move and clump together with each downward movement into my pastry ingredients. This one is MILES ahead, way better and more satisfying to use!

I found this item to be very aesthetic, but it’s not as well built as I’d hoped it to be. While using it to blend cold butter with flour, it actually got bent and I had to push it back in place a few times. The dough scraper I had close at hand was actually more useful and sturdier in comparison, even if it was just made of plastic. I would recommend cutting cold butter into very, very small cubes before using this item, so it doesn’t warp or break. But perhaps it might be better to just search for a tougher counterpart, instead.

I bake alot of pastries and biscuits.. I used to use the wire cutter but this is 100% better! Super sturdy, slices through and makes perfect dough; can be chilled too.. and best of all, it doesn't suffer in the drawer and get smashed up... BEST 2022 purchase!

Very good item & very quick delivery but unfortunately the cutters were bent into each other, I have managed to bend them back but shouldn't have to do that, that's why it's a 4 star only.

I like the handle, thumb rest, and overall size. My only pain point is the blades deform like every other blender. However, after a few months of regular use they don’t feel weaker and there’s not been a speck of rust.
