We’ve recently started making our own pasta. We do ours by hand, this has been wonderful for ravioli and faralle but can be used for all kinds of pasta. The best part is you can use it to crimp the ravioli by simply turning it on it’s side and using the wheel with grooves. It’s easy to use and cleans up nicely!

Saw a very expensive version of this item. Eight or nine times the cost. Yes, it was beautiful. This one is pretty much just like it at a fraction of the price and, after all, it isn't really art. It's a tool. And a fine one! And well worth the price. I purchased two - one for fettucini and one for broad pastas or - more likely - strips of pastry dough for lattice pies! Show you one soon. Stay tuned!

I like this product but I don't think it can be used "as is." It feels a little rough and sappy or sticky. The package has no conditioning instructions, so I plan to research it first. Ahead of that, I would guess that it needs to be thoroughly washed with soap and water, sanded or dremmeled a little, then conditioned with an oil- perhaps olive or walnut. . I knew this from reading reviews prior to purchase, and figured if it doesn't work , it will make interesting kitchen art.

Ok lets just say that I am old school Italian and I make my own dough and cut it for years, but this time I figured I would try this product to see on how it works. WOW is the first word that came to mind since it cut my time more then half! Is was very easy to use and the dough did not stick to it at all. This has to be one of my favorite tools by far!!!!

I had been looking forward to using this product but ended up returning it instead. It came as bare wood with no finish and didn't appear to have even been sanded. I was concerned about getting little splinters of wood in my noodles had I used it and was unsure about the recommended method of cleaning.

Used this product to make homemade cuban Guava and Cheese pastries. Purchased a pre-made pastry dough and the blades cut through perfectly. The ridged blade served as a sealing tool as well as created a nice finishing touch design. It was easy to use and worked perfectly.

I bought this product because it states in the description that it was made in Italy only to receive the package with a “Made in China†stamped on the bottom. Seems like a good product but the false advertising is very disappointing.

The tool is a great idea for combining two popular cutting shapes. On application however, it fails to deliver. The wheels are assembled using a lock pin which is nowhere as tight as it should be resulting in a very wobbly cutter. It is not possible to cut in a straight line using either cutter wheel.

This tool works perfectly, just as described. It cuts the dough evenly and easily, giving my homemade ravioli a professional look. It's sturdy, easy to use, and makes the whole process much quicker. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys making fresh pasta!

Não cumpre a função. A lâmina cortadora é meio solta, o que faz que o corte não saia em linha reta pois a lâmina vai “dançando†durante o processo. Por ter a lâmina muito fina apenas corta, não selando as laterais da massa. Não vale a compra…
