Using these things really has improved my forearm and grip. The little balls are great for stress relief and everything is easy to use. Good pricing and the adjustment on the squeeze thing is super easy to use. It functions just as it's suppose to and really helps.

My grandson has set the tension and carries this around in his picked and works out with it, both hands. It came with finger exerciser but he has not found that as useful. Lightweight and counts off when fully depressed to “click†and released. Easy to adjust.

These are great because you can put them in a backpack, handbag etc for a little workout on the go. Easy to use and great for taking out a little stress! The material seems to feel like they are of good quality. And has greatly improved my grip strength. Was very suprised the resistance they offered.

I was a little unsure about this kit. I was in need of a hand grip to strength my wrist. I purchased a separate hand grip which ended up being a bit small for my hands, so I took a chance on this kit.For the price, and everything you get, this is one of the best values for hand grips on Amazon! The main grip exerciser with the counter is WAY better than the smaller ones I purchased prior. It's really well made. The egg is a bit small but decent, and the ring is excellent! The finger exerciser is a throw away. It was bad, I mean really bad. So if you are looking at this for the finger exerciser for than I would pass. I literally threw that piece in the garbage.So why the 5 stars? Because for what you get in this kit (minus the finger exerciser), it's simply great! The main hand grip is worth the price itself. If you find this one on sale, don't hesitate to pick this up!

I am learning to play the ukelele but need a stronger grip when making some of the chords. For the money, this is a good assortment of hand exercise equipment that is improving my grip and dexterity. The mechanical items are a bit on the cheap side, but satisfactory for my needs.
