This product is amazing. Had several cortisome shots followed by (30 days later) PRP. Extremely painful those were. The pain went away, but with a little activity the pain would come back. I tried EVERY kind of brace, cold and hot packs, massages, nothing helped. I was hurting in both elbows. Went to OTs, nothing helped. I couldn't brush my pain without pain. Then I found the flex bar. I bought the red one first. It did wonders. I was afraid to do almost anything fearing that the pain would come back. It worked great but seemed like the rubber loosened up or got weaker in strength. I had great results. I couldn'the believe it. I was pain free for awhile. Then the pain came back. I bought the blue one. It was way too wide. You need monsters paws for this one. And it's so thick that it's tough to get a workout with it. Then I bought the green one. It fits just right. The strength required is normal. It probably fits most guy's hands. I'm able to hit golf balls now. I could never do that before with the pain. The pain does come back. Not to the previous intensity bUT it's there. I pull out my green flex bar and let it do its magic. I have recommended this to at least eight people. They all love it. My father and his golfing partner for over 40 years have had tennis elbow for over 30 years. Not anymore. They golf pain free now. They were skeptics for a long time. I kept telling them. They kept refusing. Then my pops broke down and tried it. He loved it. His friend denied it for almost a year but saw my father was happy after swinging his clubs. Now he too is a believer. They are able to play tennis without pain, too. The pain will probably come after playing sports or lifting heavy stuff. All you have to do is pull out the flex bar and person the Jacob''s twist. My buddy is an OT. He says, "we have those, they're OK. Ha! It takes away business from him. Probably my best purchase from Amazon. And that says a lot.

Didn't expect to like this so much. As a 77 yo female , bought the easiest version (yellow), but I find it just right for strengthening (have some neuropathy in hands and arms). It has some weight and is a surprising challenge to arms and upper back just to hold it at arms length out to each side and wiggle it. Other exercises are bending, twisting, pushing against and pulling the ends of the bar with variations of arms and elbows at different positions, which also works the upper chest. It's a very simple device, but actually very useful, and won't snap and break like stretch bands. Highly recommend.

My physical therapist has me do multiple (different) exercises with this and recommended I get one to use at home. I am using it to strengthen my hands and wrists. It's such a simple tool but it accomplishes so much!

I've used this pretty regularly since I've had chronic tennis elbow on my left side. I've tried every device, physical therapy, ice, heat, etc. This does help. It strengthens the forearm, grip and strengthens the tendons. While it has improved the pain intensity, it has not cured it. Stuck on about 75% better but allows me to do most of my weight lifting without intense pain (but I can still feel it).

Seems good for helping strengthen my elbow. It smells strongly & needs to air out a day or two. I can immediately smell it when I walk in my house. I bought the yellow and my kids told me it looks like corn on the cob...and it does.😆

I probably have every rehab/prehab/mobility tool you can buy. Foam rollers, vibrating rollers, lacrosse balls of all sizes, peanut, pso-rite, pso-spine, massage guns, yoga blocks, scrapers, voodoo floss, cupping tools, you name it I probably have it. This thing hands down beats all of them.It comes with a handy book to visually show you what it can do, but dont forget to also check youtube as there are even more exercises you can do. If you travel and usually bring a roller or peanut, this handy bar will change your mind and you'll only be grabbing the flexbar from now on.I originally bought it just for my elbows, and I am amazed at how well it exercises and release pain in them. My elbows have never felt like this before, you can physically feel it in your elbows after doing tyler twists and similar movements, you will KNOW its working. Even if you're doing other rehab exercises for golfers or tennis elbow using different equipment you might already have in your gym, trust me nothing will maybe your elbows feel it like the Theraband Flexbar. My only regret is not buying it sooner. This is NOT a paid ad, this thing is just that good.

I'm not a fan of doing countless exercises or going to the gym, but my osteopath recommended I try the Theraband system to help with my terrible tennis elbow pain (caused by overuse from working on a computer for 8-10 hours a day without proper support or bracing). I started with the Yellow, then Red, then Green, and I'm finally on the Blue size. If you do the exercises every day, you will notice the pain start to feel more like the pain you get in your muscles after working out- it's different than the 'injury' type of pain you're probably used to. Even with severe pain, I was able to slowly work my way up the colours/levels, and unless I completely stop doing them for a week or more, the pain is a lot less and I feel much stronger. Now I'm lifting small weights and working on strengthening so I don't continue to injure the tendon(s) and be plagued with pain. I would recommend this system/exercise to anyone suffering from Tennis Elbow or Golfers Elbow- if you put in the work, you'll notice the difference and it's worth the effort!
