I got these to help me deal with stress and because I like keeping my hands occupied with something when I am trying to solve a difficult problem or puzzle. What followed was one of the most stressful weeks I've had in a long time, and I took it all out exclusively on the poor soft ball, often squeezing it as hard as I could. After a couple weeks, the text on the ball started falling off, but the ball itself remains in great condition. I ended up pulling the rest of the text off because it was bothering me and I preferred the ball without it. But as far as feel goes, the text did not affect the great feel negatively.The material is soft and comfortable, and it is filled with material that is super satisfying to squeeze. I also enjoy tossing it around a bit.I was worried that they would be too small as I have large hands, but the size is fine. I would prefer them to be a little bigger, but this has not affected my enjoyment or the usefulness of this product.

Cant feel the difference between soft, medium, and hard.. But it is a good product for hand exercise

I work at a desk all day. My work involves a lot of typing. Lately, my hands have been very sore. My doctor recommended strengthening my hands with squeezing exercises, so I bought these to try. They arrived in a nice cylindrical storage container. They're a set of three balls in different intensities: soft, medium, and hard. Each is a different color with the intensity printed on each ball. They are covered in a fabric that is soft to the touch. They don't have any toxic scent. They are pleasant to use and have really made a difference in my hand strength. I use them every day, and they definitely have helped alleviate my pain.

There is very little difference between the soft and the hard, and they are all too hard to squeeze. There is not enough give to get any range of motion. You need range of motion to build strength. That being said, the quality is very impressive. They are built well with soft comfortable materials. They would be great if they had some give to them.

Ich habe die beiden Stressbälle bekommen und mich direkt in sie verliebt. Sie fühlen sich toll an, ich finde beide Widerstände gut! Je nach Stresslevel nehme ich den Weicheren oder den Härteren. Ich nutze sie als eine Art Fidget-Toy, ich habe ADHS. Ich kann nicht ganz nachvollziehen, wie man für "die Bälle sind zu klein" einen Stern geben kann. Vielleicht sind ja einfach Eure Hände zu groß und die Bälle nicht für Euch passend. Aber das ist doch kein Grund, die Bälle schlecht zu bewerten. Einfach zurückschicken und gut ist. Also ich könnte meine zurückschicken, will ich aber nicht. Irgendwer hatte geschrieben, dass das nicht geht. Ich bin gespannt, ob die Bälle lange halten und nicht kaputt gehen. Ich habe sie heute schon sehr intensiv genutzt und habe den Eindruck, dass sie recht robust sind. Ich bin Fan!

Super Ware , total griffig. Bitte nicht mit Fettigen Händen benutzen, dann lieber zu vor Baumwoll Handschuhe überziehen . Mein Physio sagt super preis Leistung mit Qualität
