Way way back in 2008 I made one of these from a metal coffee can filled with cement a dog chain loop thing that spins in the ground a rope and old wooden broom handle. And this was a very effective tool for a long time. Got my forearms huge and vainy for sure. But this is a different level. The handle is extremely comfortable and works more of your hand because it's wider so you'll feel that muscle pad in your thumb lighting up after a few reps which is really nice. Being able to load it with different weight as opposed to my coffee can contraption is fantastic. And the over all build quality for the price here is awesome. Seems like it will last a long time cuz of the nylon strap that's used instead of a rope. Definitely enjoy having this great tool around. And if you're looking to really get a great pump with this try and under hand grip instead of over hand. Definitely hits different that way.

Does exactly what it sets out to do which is give your forearms a burn. I currently use this with a 5lb plate and can feel that burn after just 3 sets of rolling it up and rolling it back down. This is great to do while watching TV and multitasking with a nice forearm workout. The grips are thick and feel sturdy. It seems like a solid piece of equipment that will hold up for years. A+

Almost the perfect wrist roller. The fat handles challenge your grip strength, the strap and chain is well made and will last a while. The only flaw is the center piece the strap rolls into is only wide enough for the strap. Getting it perfectly rolled into it is near impossible, especially when you're struggling on heavy weight or the last rep. Just widening the middle would make this perfect but it's still very effective for building forearm mass.

Product is easy to use, well made, and will increase your forearm strength! The padded part feels nice on the hands. Very easy to add or reduce weight according to ability. It’ll shred your forearms if used properly.

Its looks very simple but this will test your pain resistance while doing forarm workout. This really pumps the forarms to max within few reps. Amazaing product with good quality.

The gym I go to doesn't have any machines that solely work your forearms so I needed this. Easy to use, easy to carry in my backpack, sturdy and is comfortable in my hands. Good quality item indeed.

I've had numerous 'wrist rollers' in my life. Most were made of wooden dowells and rope, which are functional and simple, but aren't very durable over the longterm and the wood handle would eventually cause blisters. I was apprehensive to purchase this because of the high price. After a few months of use, I can tell you that I do not regret this purchase. It is primarily made of metal, with a very wide grip range (think fat handles) that is made of a durable, comfortable material which has yet to peel or show any sign of deterioration. The strap used for the pulley function works surprisingly well, and self corrects to prevent any kind of fraying or knotting. The chain used to hold the weight is considerably strong and has been subject to 50+ pounds of weight consitently and shows no sign of breakage. If you are apprehensive as I was, rest assured, this device is worth every single penny.
