Most of the kitchen is usable and works great. But the pieces that go over the fingers, don't fit. Their too small. Otherwise I like everything else.

We mainly purchased this for the hand strengtheners- but the set has some other great features too.At less than $2.00 a piece for each item, you can't go wrong.Each piece lends itself to stronger grips. We use it to keep the arthritis at bay. So far so good. 3 months out and continues to be a nice set.RecommendedMy fav piece is the 4# finger exerciser.

I like the design and fit for most of the items. Would be nice to have some instructions with them, or a link to some. The grip expansion kit is not the easiest to use, and I have to swap out the wrist strap and reset it every time I change hands. Oils quality and value is very good.

I use these everyday. If you research top health, hand grips is the #1 decision on long term. Use these everyday and workouts will double in strength and grip. Very well made. Priced super cheap. Getting double items for 1.
