It's not very ergonomically shaped. Not much flexibility in the positioning of your hand compared to other products. The price is too high compared to other superior products. You can tell it's just cheap plastic and poorly designed. You can't adjust the resistance and the default resistance is far too weak while at the same time being difficult to do comfortably. This product just needs to be redesigned and should have metal springs to add resistance at this price. It just doesn't have much going for it at this point at this price when you compare it to competitors. For under $10 you can get a heavy duty metal spring with 20-130lbs adjustable resistance. Also far more comfortable for continual reps. Could get a finger stretch set. Could even get x2 grip strengtheners, x1 forearm finger stretcher, x1 ring grip, and x1 stress relief grip ring for under $10 currently. This just doesn't provide as much value, so I can't in good conscious rate it highly. It gets +1 star for me since I got as part of the Vine program and I found a semi-comfortable way of using it though it's still more awkward than other options. I just use both hands, pushing the ball in between them, and use all 10 fingers at once. It makes utilization of the ball shape (poor design) so it feels more natural. It did get me in the mood for grip training. But I think I'll look elsewhere.

This finger strengthener grippers offers adjustable resistance, making it suitable for most hand sizes. You may find it challenging to grip each finger trigger if you have a smaller hand. What I found is the individual finger exercises effectively target each of my digits. What I love about this tool is that its compact design allows for convenient use anywhere. Over

I found this finger exerciser to be awkward to use and not very comfortable. The spring tension on the little finger position was stiffer than the others, which doesn't make much sense given that the little finger is smaller and weaker than the other fingers. I tried all my fingers and thumb on all the different positions to verify this. Maybe it was just a quality control issue on this particular unit. I could not use this with all my fingers on the various positions as shown in the video. It was difficult to hold onto it plus my fingers kept sliding off the rubber tips. It would work ok when I placed this finger exerciser on my leg for support and then used it. Maybe it was the size of my hand that didn't fit this thing very well, who knows. I am a guy, 6'1" and 180 lbs with average size hands.

This is pretty cool. I use it as a stress ball type of thing. I keep it on my desk at work and it's easy to use it throughout the day. I have a small palm I think, and the ball is a little large but I can still press the toggles. The ball is made of plastic and I wish it was a firm and soft material. My palms hurt after a bit. I am looking forward to the day I can use this easily as my fingers get stronger.
