Step 1：
Hold the ball horizontally with both hands, and alternately push the center of the ball with the thumb in the direction of the arrow until the resistance is maximum and cannot be pushed.
Step 2：
The thumb quickly releases the center of the ball and holds it in one hand.
Step 3：
Rotate the wrist in a circular motion, feel the centrifugal force generated by the center of the ball, and slowly accelerate.
How to stop ?
Temporarily rotate the wrist, and the ball will stop rotating within approximately 30 seconds.

I have pain in my wrists, and my finger joints have been getting stiff and painful (I'm not young, not 50 yet but not young) and haven't been the kindest to my body over the years. Took a couple times starting this thing and getting it sped up enough to stay running, and after a few minutes I felt it in both arms and the snap crackle and pop in my fingers and wrist stopped being as bad. I've used it a few time a day, for a few minutes, and I can clinch my fists, and play PC games without my wrist hurting... So that's good. Cons... my fingers hurt, you get thing running to fast, and it feels like I'm gonna lose my grip and it'll fly across the room and hit something.Pro, my hands and wrists fell better and my 9yr old son likes watching the lights flash.

Ordered one with high hopes of helping my kid build strength. My 10yr old took it out of the box and Clickk it broke after just turning the wheel 2 times. Contacted Amazon they sent another and it was broken out of the box.Apparently no quality control. No stars very disappointed.

Amazing for working out, it does rattle a bit after a month of use, and the rubber grip comes off a little too easily, which can interrupt work outs, but overall good product.

I love this thing!I have some form of tennis elbow / carpel tunnel from sports and using a mouse/keyboard all day so I asked my orthopedist what I should try to strengthen my forearms. He recommended this gyro ball. I was very skeptical, but I was completely off base.I've been using it for the last month and it has dramatically improved the pain my arms. I use it for about 2 minutes on each hand every night while I'm watching TV. That's all it takes.Some observations: It's very hard to "get" the startup. It took me a good 3 days of practicing to finally understand how the ball builds momentum (my wife still can't do it). My advice, don't give up! It's worth it. Also, it's rather noisy if you go too fast. My kids can tell exactly what I'm doing from the other side of the house. Haha. Lastly, it's a tiny bit big in my hands. I'm 6' tall with "man hands" and it's still a touch big. It comes with a leash, but I have to exert some effort to hold it tightly. I wish it was a half-inch smaller in diameter. Other than those niggles, it's a great help for arm/hand maladies.

Goes as fast as my previous gyro ball (judging by the pitch of the noise as it doesn't have a counter). The auto start is a far more handy feature than the counter, and if you are looking to spend less than $30 on a gyro ball, they will only have one of these two features (at least the ones I found). Using a string really put me off from using the old one regularly, as the string would often get tangled in there and was cumbersome. Here you just wind it up like a toy car instead, and it much less annoying to start. But no, it does not have magnets in the ball that would allow you to use it with a counter if you are plannin on buying the counter separately or transplanting it from an old broken ball. Lights are nice and multi-colour.

I was excited about using this to rehabilitate and strengthen my grip from playing instruments. Worked awesome at first, super smooth and definitely feel the burn...but then the internal ball stopped moving as much. total bummer. luckily it wasnt super expensive but they could reinforce some of the materials with higher quality stuff.

I gave this to my son who had a thumb surgery, and he has to do certain types of exercises. This object helped to build confidence on him, at the beginning was difficult for him to started it. Now he carrys it everywhere he goes.

Recebi o produto no prazo estipulado pela Amazon. O produto é de excelente qualidade e funciona perfeitamente. Porém a embalagem é diferente e não veio case. Mas por ser bom resolvi aceitar mesmo assim para evitar aborrecimento..
