Using this "football" similar to what I was using in therapy after a thumb surgery. This one is a bit bigger but the two finger loops for stabilizing the squeeze ball are a good fit for my hand. I used it for about 10 minutes and it's a great firmness for exercising my thumb and grip. I'll be sing it daily for a few months more. Up to a year.

I bought this product on June 17, 2022. I like the feel I like the finger hole inserts. I used it a few times, and one of the straps on the finger hole inserts broke. And I don’t have large fingers by the way, at best their average. The quality of the product is cheap. It was the finger hole inserts that caused me to buy your product, over less expensive ones. I also read someone else in the reviews before I bought it said the finger strap broke. So it’s not just me. I think you need to lower your price or strengthen your product. I’m not going to waste my time sending it back, but I’m not happy with your flimsy product.

This is good for hand exercises while sitting in the hot tub. It's a bit fragile though. My Yorkie started with the first one as a chew toy, and an 8-year-old kid finished tearing holes in it. It does work as it should if you protect it from curious kids and puppies.

I use a ball to hold and help keep my fingers from balling up into my fist; this is good because it’s so wide and comfortable. HOWEVER- the finger placement holders RIPPED right off in a matter of a week or two. I would give this five stars immediately, had it not have been for that.

I have osteoporosis and my third finger locks up on me. I’ve tried other products, but they didn’t work. I bought this one and it’s perfect for my hand. Easy to squeeze. I liked it as my fingers fit through the holes and it doesn’t roll off my table. It’s a pretty yellow. Great product!

This item all ready ripped and not happy with that! I use the same one at my Physical Therapy office and so does a lot of others and theirs are old and this hasn’t happened to them! This is only 2 months old and it broke already

Recovering from recent Carpal Tunnel surgery and its time to gently start so hand/finger physio. The nice thing about this item is by swapping your fingers through finger grip holes you can actually tailor you exercises to what ever fingers you want and of course your thumb. Its a nice comfortable size and depending on your exercise you can manipulate the resistance, firmness and grip strength quite easy. Good value for money , highly recommended and remember .. dont over do it !
