These are pretty good for grip training bud I feel like I'm going to break the plastic pieces on the bottom. I've got big hands so it feels natural for me to use these. The resistance is also very nice.

My son uses it to strengthen his forarms and hands. I use it for physical therapy it also counts everything you do and you can reset it.Easy to use, great quality! Performed great. VALUE GREAT FOR MONEY USED.

Gave this as a gift for my dad over Christmas and he loved it as he’s able to walk around the house and work on his grip strength. The settings at the bottom of the item were a little confusing to configure at first but eventually we got it and now my dad loves it highly recommend for anyone needing to work on their grip strength, or overall hand muscles.

The end cap kept falling off one of the grips, so I had to put athletic tape over it, which prohibits me from changing the tension. But once set, the tension is really good and I like the built-in counter.Typically I like a grip strengthener that I can use pointing up or down, to use the muscles in the top and bottom of my forearms. These only grip one way.

The button at the bottom popped off and the clicker isn't accurate. So far as the tension is good
