Watch the attached video above to see how easy it is to get “started” exercising with the GOZATO gyro ball.

Note:

Hold the wrist ball outwards or horizontally, otherwise it will interfere with its rotation.

Do not continue winding after encountering resistance during the winding process, otherwise the product will be damaged.

Tips On Operating Your Gyro Ball

  • Battery free design!Your hand is the battery of this device. Make sure you start the gyro ball with sufficient speed.
  • The motion of your hand rotating the gyro ball is similar to making ice cubes swirl inside a glass. The faster the rotor spins, the easier it is to operate.
  • The essence of operating the gyro ball is about how to synchronize your wrist rotation to the momentum and timing the rhythm of the rotor’s gyration. Not about how fast you rotate your wrist.

I purchased the GOZATO Auto-Start Wrist Power Gyro Ball. It is a fantastic tool for strengthening the wrists and forearms. With its auto-start feature, using the gyro ball is incredibly easy and convenient. Give it a quick spin, and it activates, providing resistance that engages the muscles in the wrists and forearms. The gyro ball is compact and portable, making it perfect for use at home, in the office, or even while traveling. It offers adjustable resistance levels, allowing users to gradually increase the difficulty as their strength improves. The gyro ball is not only effective for building wrist and forearm strength, but it also helps improve grip strength and coordination. The smooth spinning motion of the gyro ball creates a fun and engaging exercise experience, making it enjoyable to use and motivating to continue with regular workouts. Overall, the GOZATO Auto-Start Wrist Power Gyro Ball is a highly effective and user-friendly tool for enhancing wrist and forearm strength.

When I first bought it, I was dubious, and it may still be too early, but it seems to be working as advertised. Even if it isn’t working as advertised, I’ve been enjoying using it. Price isn’t bad either. I would definitely recommend it. My left wrist is injured and I’m still able to use it (thought something low impact may be helpful, and it seems to be, but I am not giving medical advice.) durability seems top notch so far, and good exercise

When I first unboxed the ball, it worked perfectly. I got the concept and it was really nice. Worked my wrists and arms. Unfortunately it broke after about 5 minutes. In discussing with others and looking at reviews, it seems there are a quite a few ways in which the ball can be broken. I guess if a person were to strictly follow all the advice from the maker, perhaps it would not break. I guess I broke it after I set it down on my desk with it still running (phone was ringing...). I will not re-order because it's apparently too easy to break it.06-21-2022 - Addendum. I tried it again the next day and it worked fine. So I am thinking either I was doing something wrong (works every time now, however) or something that was not functioning is now ok. In any case, it works good so far. Hopefully will hold up in long time usage.

I've had multiple NSD Spinners including the autostart version as well as heavy metallic variants.I'm currently recovering from an elbow injury and trying to strengthen my forearm to help with the recovery. Here is my take as a former NSD Spinner user (can't find the autostart and lost the starting string for the metal version).Build Quality: Compared to the NSD Spinner, this is noticeably subpar specially with the inner componentNoise: This one makes quite a bit of ruckus when you stop rotating it. I don't know if it's due to the component seeming unpolished or this is normal for this particular model. While it's being rotated there is almost no discernible difference between this and the autostart models of NSD Spinner. Smoothness of the metal one was on a different levelFelt weight/resistance: It's a nice medium between an autostart and metal versionI bought this to start and possibly move up to a different model in the future. I think i will hold up and try to refurbish the metal version of spinner that was left neglected for yearsEDIT: Starting to get instances where it can't wind up to start the gyro. Sometime it seems to help when you rotate it manually by hand then reversing it to see if there is felt resistanceEDIT: This thing was making such a ruckus when it get spun up to a decent pace. I went ahead and bought a NSD Spinner. Oh boy what a difference. Skip this garbage and buy the proper spinner. It's a night and day different in the way it spins as well as the lack of noise with NSD spinner. I think i can actually take it to work and spin it in the office without someone from another office across the hall inquiring about it

It comes in a very nice gift box and a zippered case. It is heavy for it's size and looks to be well made. I used it a few times to make sure it worked before sending it off as a gift. It worked perfect and wasn't too loud. Perfect size for my hand and I definitely felt the resistance.

I ordered this device to help me strengthen my left hand and forearm after having a stroke. I could not operate the device as it takes 2 hands to "wind it up". Not really a fault of the device, rather not knowing how it worked until getting it. If I had someone to wind it up for me it might work well. Got a friend to do so, and got it working. If I were using it to build strength in a good hand/arm there are a ton of easier things to do that are just as effective.

Love this product for exercising forearms and grip strength. It really helped my sore wrists and has now become a 1 minute addition to my morning exercise. Took me a few days to get the hang of it. At first I thought it was weak and was going to return it since it would only spin for a few seconds before stopping. After watching a few YouTube Gyro Ball tutorial videos it really does work once you get used to starting it up, you just need patience. Trick is a slow, smooth, and steady larger movement as you feel the momentum build up in the gyro. Don't aggressively flail your arm around making it clunk as that means its losing rotational energy. Only issue with the metal model is the hole where the safety strap is attached, with regular use it cuts through the string.

The bearings are smooth and it gives your forearm a good workout. The "auto start" feature (you wind up the wheel to start) works very well and it makes it easy to start it up.
