This electronic hand dynamometer works great for tracking grip strength! It feels sturdy and well-built, not flimsy like I was worried it might be. The grip is comfortable, and the digital display is bright and easy to read.Iรขโฌโขm not 100% sure how accurate it is, but it seems pretty close. Itรขโฌโขs easy to use, and setting up different user profiles was simple. I also like that it offers both rechargeable and battery-powered options, so I donรขโฌโขt have to worry about it dying on me.One thing to keep in mindรขโฌโthis is more for measuring grip strength, not for building it. If youรขโฌโขre looking for something to train your hands, you might need a different tool. But for tracking progress, it does exactly what itรขโฌโขs supposed to do.Overall, Iรขโฌโขm happy with it! Itรขโฌโขs a solid product, and if youรขโฌโขre looking for an easy way to measure grip strength, this is a great option.

I was expecting this thing to be weak, creaking plastic. It is not. I like getting surprised by higher quality with Amazon, occasionally. It has a smooth rubberized plastic surface, I think is great. I suspect that would absorb skin oils and get problems eventually, but I think that would take years and years. The handle does not really move noticeably. That is as I expected. Probably piezoelectric, like all the modern scales. But that also means it probably is not ideal for exercising your hands. For that, you need something with spring steel or a weight on a pulley. But it does what it is supposed to do, which is measure your grip strength. I was able to set up 2 users without using the manual, so reasonably intuitive. I will have to look at the manual and look at all the other features. The display works excellent, and is backlit. No difficulty seeing or reading it, even in the dark. The buttons make a sound, not electronic, just mechanical, sounds fine, and it is nice to know that a push is registered. Reasonably compact, so storage should be no difficulty. No, my only disappointment is that I don't appear to be as strong as I once was. I have a ways to go. I am somewhat concerned about the reading limit, but I probably won't peg it for a year or two. I am only getting to 190 lb. So, 74 lb to go. I figure if I can peg it at some point, I can change the distance setting to something where it is less optimized for my hand. That should be good for at least another 20 or 30 lb.They probably should have made it to go to 300 lb. More people would think it would work for them. Most of those would be wrong, and the 264 lb would be just fine, but people think they are stronger than they are.I can't speak to accuracy. I have some spring things and I can completely close the 200 lb and get close with the 250 lb. But it is probably incorrect, rather than this. Piezoelectric scales are usually very accurate, so I would think this is as well.Oh, I really like that it has both rechargeable and battery options. I tend to not buy stuff with rechargeable, because I have been stung with stuff that only recharges a few times, like my blood pressure wrist thing. Am I really going to be able to take that apart, and put in a new battery? This is what made me buy. That, and the good price. But as I said, I got more than I expected. I am rarely really pleased with a purchase...especially with inflation the way it is.Oh, just learned something new. Don't keep doing it over and over, or you will get a blister. You probably are not going to beat your first or second try per hand anyway, at least I didn't. Put it away, and try the next day.

Works as intended unless you over loosten it when adjusting it for comfort. Its easy to setup and has a tons of user number slots. You pick slot then sex then age and start to do the measuring. When you go back in after that you only need to press on/set to turn it on and the left and right arrows to find your user number and press start again. The only reason I gave it a 4 is its not one size fits all. My hands are too big. More so my right hand and I have to squash my pinky painfully and it holds back my squeezing for sure. I get it to a higher reading with my left hand even though im right handed. P.s. there is a setting to flop between kg and lb.

I recently purchased the Hand Dynamometer Grip Strength Trainer for our office, and it's been a hit! It's incredibly easy to useรขโฌโjust a maximum squeeze and the device immediately measures your grip strength. It's been so much fun to see my coworkers test their grips and challenge each other to improve. It's a great way to break up the workday and adds a bit of friendly competition to the office. The only downside is that adjusting the handle to fit different hand sizes can be a bit tricky. It takes a little effort to get the right setting, but once it's adjusted, it's smooth sailing. Overall, this has been a fantastic addition to our workplace, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to engage in a fun, interactive way to track and improve grip strength!

Canรขโฌโขt say I can speak to the accuracy on this -have no reason to doubt it, Iรขโฌโขve just never used a grip product before. Love this kit though. So many different items to help build grip strength and finger dexterity. The hand dynamometer is no easy tool to squeeze. Not a lot of give at all, my knuckles popped squeezing this thing as hard as I could! If you work from home, why not grab this product and utilize the various tools included in the kit to work on a component that Dr. Peter Attia, longevity specialist, considers to be a great metric of longevity.

I struggle with work out recovery and heard a grip test will tell me if I am recovered. It really works! If I go easy on days that I have a weaker grip I'm better off. It's a great way to listen to the body and test supplements that help you recover too. Ive noticed sleep is the most important factor and aminos all from a grip test. Brilliant.

Fun to mess with and test my man hand strength with. Showing others how strong my hands are without pinching them. Every one like to try it. Probably not the highest build quality, still works fine.

Comes with a chart to tell you where you should be given your gender and age bracket. Provides the ability to adjust for pounds or kilograms. Allows you to set for many different users to track based on their age and gender. Good device for the low price.

This grip strength trainer and tester is a great way to track my improvement in hand grip. It's easy to use, adjustable to different hand sizes, and the numbers are easy to read on the screen. I like that it can save the results for different profiles, so more than one person can track their hand grip progression. It appears to be made of plastic, but the quality seems good.

Normally don't write review. I wrote a review today just because this one deserves a good recommendation. Tried, and I'm very satisfied with its functions in making fingers stronger and gripping force larger.
