I bought this for my brother who was having some strength issues with his left hand post brain surgery and chemotherapy. It has been great for working the individual fingers. The rubber is very strong and works great for the tension. Great purchase.

Tried using it on the second highest weight setting, and the metal clip that holds it all together immediately bent. The thing couldn't even handle the weight tolerances listed on the bands. Pathetic.Only buy if you plan on using the the lower weight settings, and even then I'm not sure how long it will last for you.

I purchased this for my husband in October 2024. While it is an effective trainer, in less than 6 months, it's already ripping. So the quality of the materials used are not made to last for a long term user.

I like it in theory. It has different adjustments for weight so you can progress and it's easy to use. However, the wholes were too big for some of my fingers and kept slipping.
