Ordered these at the very last minute and Amazon came through! Thankfully they arrived in time to be prepped and set-up. I started the water off by boiling it (you’ll want at least 1/2 of the top pan submerged) and keeping each section topped off. This seemed to work great.The fuel burned for about 6.5 hours and kept the food nice and hot.The pans were in good condition after the party and was able to salvage the rack and external pans. I could have saved more, but it was easier to rinse and recycle.I’m glad I bought two sets. I used all of them.Also the set comes with a handy tool to open and close the fuel canisters . Only tip would be to keep a close eye on the wick when lighting. It lights a light blue almost white flame.

This buffet style pan setup kit worked perfect for a wedding I catered. The size of the pans were great, the burners worked good, keeping my food warm for 3 hours. They were super easy to setup and lightweight. They elevated the experience and look of the food. I think they were a good price for the set and what you get too. I would buy again.

First off, this chafing set was perfect. The value for money was just great. They held so much food inside the containers. I was able to serve 50+ people.I'm really happy that the set came with literally everything i needed to serve. It was so easy to prepare and get everything ready to go.My only complaint with the whole thing was that the tongs did not open up very wide so it was slightly frustrating while people were trying to dish up the chopped up meat. Other than that it was excellent.Definitely happy.

Was skeptical about buying this item due to reviews that were posted about having holes, trays being flimsy, etc. But I took the risk and see it myself.Shipping was fast. Got it the next day.Had to check for holes, nada. Placed water on all trays to see if there are holes or it will leak, nope!Came with ethanol gel cans, serving utensils (x6) as well as lids.Regarding the trays, yes it feels a little cheaper than what we usually use for parties, but i think it’ll serve its purpose… and if needed, I could just replace them! 😊Just wish the price could be a little lowered, compared to the other ones I’ve seen online. But other than that, I would recommend this product :)

I had no issues whatsoever with these. I was a little concerned with some reviews that mentioned holes, water leaking out, flimsy, etc., but I had none of that. I had a few full trays of lasagna and baked ziti, very heavy items, and they held up just fine.ProsSturdinessReusablePacks away nicelyConsNone, zilch, nadaI don’t know if you get a full 6.5 burn time, I put mine out after about 4 hours and the flames were still going strong, food remained hotIf you never used these before, make sure you fill the water pan up before you light the sterno’s . If you light them first without water, it will burn the aluminum and make holes. I can’t help but wonder if this is why some reported holes, or never bothered to check the water levels in the pan after using eventually burning a hole.

Some of the trays were leaking so bad that we had to discard them. I can’t say this is for all the products. It could just have been a bad batch that I bought. Unfortunately, it was too late when it was discovered so I couldn’t return an already opened and used product. It came as a set, so can’t return single items.
