I have purchased 5 of these gazing globe stands over the past 3 years. I am so pleased with the quality of these. I have used them with 3 different brands of gazing globes and all 3 different brands fit perfectly. It nice to have taller stands in my gardens so the globes can be on with taller foliage and still be easily seen. After 3 years the original stands that I purchased are still in perfect condition. I will be purchasing more of these for my gazing globe collection. I highly recommend these gazing globe stands.

Some reviews stated this was not sturdy. Mine went together easily and tightly. It is very sturdy! The rubber seal on the bottom of the gazing ball holds it securely without having to use the set screw, which is positioned too high to be of much use. It would easily crack your gazing ball if you even slightly over tighten since it sits above the rubber seal. It's a great height for gardens with taller plants, like lilies, iris, glads, etc.

I ordered this for our garden area around our pond. The first one I received had a product defect. I emailed the company, they were responsive and helpful. I received a replacement within a day of explaining the issue. Very good value, works well, and excellent customer service.

Be sure to measure the stem of your gazing ball. I bought this to use with a 10" Echo Valley gazing ball. The opening for the stem is 2.5 inches. Exactly. With no give.If your stem is a few millimeters more, as the Echo Valley one was, this product is completely useless. If it would have been just a cm larger, it would probably fit every brand. Sigh. Not even worth returning. Guess it will hold my 8 oz. can while I garden. It's too small for a 12 oz. can.

Sturdy, but doesn't distract form the garden. Very easily pushed into the ground & it doesn't wobble at all. It comes in two pieces that screw together & the cup portion has a phillips set screw to hold the base of the ball, I found it's not necessary with a ball that has a rubber piece around the base.A couple years later, a weld has broken. I'll reorder, but from now on, it's coming inside for winter.

I ordered this stand for a glass gazing ball, I measured the bottom of my ball to make sure it was 2" or under, and I bought it. It arrived safely but, sturdy? NO! Did my ball fit? yes. BUT, my husband is a Mr. Fixit, and he had to add some length to the legs of the stand and add a 3rd leg (by doing some welding) to make it more sturdy to hold my glass ball. Being "tall" this stand needs the extra leg & length. My husband said for $20 it's OK as it comes with the holder that supports the ball, and has a "screw" that you can tighten to secure that the ball won't leave the stand should it tip over.

I needed something a little taller than most stands that they make. This is the perfect height. It has even survived a wind storm too.

The first order went astray so I re-ordered. When my son collected the stand it was not unwrapped immediately; when he did unwrap it, the 10†glass ball for which it was purchased would not fit into the holder! The aperture was too narrow to take the fitting. Very disappointing.

The stand product is poorly made - broke the first time I used it. Do not recommend buying it.
