At first all was well. Lights were pretty, especially at night. The fountain spray was at a good height. But, after 2 weeks use, the motor failed. Very disappointing.I HAD TO REVISE THIS REVIEW!The problem wasn't the pump, it was clogging of the water outlets. After rinsing, everything worked fine and I am enjoying it once again. I have also ordered a pond pump protector!!!!

Great Waterfountain! I noticed something that most people hadn’t said. On the side of the pump there is an open and close valve to control the flow. Make sure it’s open or you can burn up your pump and the water height will suck. That’s very important to know! Also would t hurt to add some plumbers tape to the pump where it connects.UPDATE: The pump did go out after 3 days. But I went ahead and ordered a 1600gph pump and replaced the pump and now my waterfall shoots 6 feet in the air continuously. No problems yet! I got lucky and bought this product for half price. So I’m not really out anything in my mind. But my suggestion is that they need to switch the pumps out on these even if it costs a little more for the fountain. Better quality would be worth it. As far as the rest of the parts, they work excellent and the wires to the lights is long. The lights are very neat as well!Update: I wouldn’t say it’s the pumps fault. After learning more, my water had a ton of algae in it. Since then I bought a filter and my water is more clear. I bet it would have lasted longer if it wasn’t in dirty water.

Purchased on Aug 24, 2020 for my 600 gallon pond. BEAUTIFUL!...that lasted for 2 days. On the 3rd day, almost no water was being emitted and I suspected defective pump. Returned and ordered a new one...this is now the 3rd day and it's failing in the exact same manner. I suspect that the pump is too weak. Will be returning again...sadly because it was really just a lovely thing when it worked. Reading another review before mine, someone switched out the pump for one that pumps 1,600gph instead of 550gph and that solved his problem...but I paid full price and he got his for 1/2 price :(.......UPDATE APRIL 26, 2021....3rd go with this; thought I solved it buy purchasing 1600 gph, seemed okay at the end of Sept...took it out for the winter, reinstalled last week.....almost nothing coming out! Would return if I could (for the 3rd time) but too much time has passed....DO NOT BUY THIS!

Lasts 2 seasons I’m on my 3rd one but looks good in the winter when the pool is not in use. Buy it knowing if you use it frequently it last about 2 years

Within a couple of days, the led's started going out. It would be nice to have different fountain heads as this one is so basic. I was able to add a water bell to mine. I feel like it's over priced. It shouldn't cost over $50 especially since the quality just isn't there. It also clogs easily.

Perfect addition to a mid size pond. I wish if I could control the lights manually, three colours are on a cycle. Will be putting it on a Wi-Fi switch. Excellent product!

Unfortunately this fountain only worked for about a day and a half; then the pump failed. The lights were great and the fountain itself was nice, but with the pump failing so quickly, we returned this item.

I bought this unit awhile ago. Wanted to give it a thorough try before reviewing. This unit is great! Easy set up and I added a remote to it and it is beautiful! My pond is fairly large and I also added a filter bag ($20)over pump to protect it. I very satisfied!

The product looked really good, however I could not use it because it has a warning on the label cautioning about touching the water when it is in use, risk of electric shock and I didn't trust the product based on that warning.
